Vereinfachte Prozesse, schnelle & freundliche Kundenberatung sowie eine tolle Lösung für uns Vereinsabläufe zu optimieren - auch AlumniiPay ist ein klarer Pluspunkt!

Pros

Wir nutzen Alumnii als Verein und das schon etwa gute 2 Jahre und sind nach wie vor mit der Plattform und allem was uns geboten wird zufrieden. Fortwährend wird an der entsprechenden Weiterentwicklung gearbeitet und die Kundenbetreuung ist nicht zu übertreffen.

Cons

Es gibt vereinzelt Funktionen, die wünschenswert wären, jedoch eher sehr individuell für den Vereinbedarf angepasst werden müssten. Hierzu befinden wir uns jedoch im stetigen Austausch :)

Insgesamt sind wir als Verein sehr zufrieden mit dem Angebot von Alumnii. Ich kann anderen Alumni-Vereinen die Nutzung sehr empfehlen.

Pros

Alumnii bietet uns als Alumniverein die Möglichkeit unsere Prozesse möglichst einfach digital abzubilden. Besonders herauszuheben ist die Einfachheit mit der unsere Mitglieder ihre Daten selbst verwalten, einfach in Interaktion treten und sich immer über unsere Vereinstätigkeiten informieren können. Für uns als Verein ist auch die Integration mit dem Zahlungsdienstleister Stripe sehr vorteilhaft, um unsere Zahlungsprozesse möglichst einfach und rechtssicher abzubilden.

Cons

Die Software ist insgesamt gut aufeinander abgestimmt und die Prozesse in sich passen gut zusammen, allerdings ist die Integration zu anderen Anwendungen nur sehr eingeschränkt möglich.

Wir als kleine Stiftung mit einem noch kleineren Förderkreis aus regelmäßig zahlenden Mitgliedern brauchen nicht nur ein Tool, das technisch funktioniert und leicht verständlich ist, sondern auch wo nötig maßgeschneiderte Lösungen und wir schätzen immer eine gut erreichbare echte Person am Telefon, wenn es mal schnell gehen muss. Wir haben uns für diese für uns zwar erstmal teurere Lösung mit der Alumnii Pay Integration entschieden, da wir von der Erfahrung mit Stiftungsmanagement profitieren und langfristig dabei Arbeitsstunden (und Nerven) einsparen. Bereits nach kurzer Zeit hatten wir ein verlässliches Tool welches wir auch schon weiterempfohlen haben.

Pros

Das Team von Alumnii macht sich jeden Tag Gedanken darüber, wie sie ihr Produkt besser machen können, sie bieten Hands-on Support und stehen mit ihren Kunden in engem Kontakt. Dabei haben sie immer ein Ohr für Verbesserungsvorschläge.

Cons

Das Frontend der Homepage könnte ein Udate in Style und Anpassungsmöglichkeiten gebrauchen, um besser neben WP, Wix oder sogar Jimdo-Plattformen bestehen zu können. Im ansonsten sehr selbsterklärenden Backend sind unsere wichtigsten Wünsche noch besser strukturierte und editierbare Tabellen (Veranstaltungsteilnehmer, Tags, Verteiler).

Reasons for choosing Alumnii

Das Produkt ist genau auf Stiftungen zugeschnitten, ich bin bei einer anderen Stiftung Mitglied die es verwendet und kannte es daher aus Mitglieder-Sicht. Alumnii ist auch strategisch beratender Partner und ermöglicht es mir mit einer 20-Stunden-Stelle, eine Stiftung zu managen, das wäre mit einer Flickenteppich-Lösung nicht möglich gewesen.

Abgesehen von einer klassischen Website hat unser Verein mit dem von Alumnii bereitgestellten Netzwerk "digitales Neuland" betreten - das Experiment wurde aber sehr schnell ein voller Erfolg. Unsere MitgliederInnen haben diese zusätzliche Möglichkeit zur Vernetzung hervorragend angenommen. Einerseits können so die ehemaligen Klassen und Jahrgänge besser in Kontakt bleiben, andererseits bietet das Netzwerk auch eine sehr gute Möglichkeit um gezielt nach bestimmten Expertisen zu suchen. Beispielsweise nutzen die AbiturientInnen das Netzwerk häufig um über die Schlagwort-Suche an Erfahrungswerte bzgl. bestimmter Studiengänge oder -orte sowie Berufsfelder zu kommen, denn zu fast jedem Studiengang und -ort gibt es in unserem Netzwerk antwortwillige Ehemalige. Nur würde der Kontakt ohne ein solches digitales Netzwerk wohl nicht zu Stande kommen. Das Netzwerk von Alumnii ist daher aus unserer Sicht uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Pros

Die Netzwerk-Infrastruktur war bereits sehr ausgereift und deshalb war die Einrichtung unseres Netzwerks sehr schnell und unkompliziert möglich und zusätzliche Funktionen und Features werden regelmäßig hinzugefügt. Die Bedienung des Admin-Bereichs ist sehr intuitiv und auch unsere Nutzerinnen und Nutzer finden sich sehr gut zurecht. Bei Fragen oder technischen Problemen war der Support jederzeit erreichbar und Probleme wurden sehr schnell behoben. Die Nutzer-Statistiken sind sehr informativ und helfen uns dabei, unseren Content den Vorlieben der Nutzerinnen und Nutzer anzupassen. Durch ein spezielles Angebot für Alumni-Vereine von Schulen ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis im Vergleich zu anderen Angeboten im Markt sehr gut.

Cons

Prinzipiell funktioniert alles einwandfrei und wir sind mit dem Netzwerk sehr zufrieden. Wenn wir einen "Wunsch frei" hätten, würden wir uns über einige zusätzliche Individualisierungen der Website und des Adressbuchs freuen. Wir können aber natürlich nachvollziehen, dass dies innerhalb des von uns gebuchten Pakets für Schulen nicht möglich ist.

Sehr benutzerfreundlich (für User und Admins), attraktive Oberfläche, simpel und dabei funktional, Einbindung von existierenden Social Media Kanälen bei Registrierung, Filter- und Matchingoptionen, man profitiert von neuen Features, die für andere eingerichtet wurden und kann selbst Hinweise geben, sehr guter Kundensupport, Kontaktfeatures (Newsletter, Eventanmeldungen)

Nur Kleinigkeiten, z.B. dass Privatmessagers an mehr als eine Person gesendet werden können, das funktioniert aber über die interne Email-Funktion Filterfunktion hakt manchnmal etwas

Pros

Beiträge können online bezahlt werden, was die Eintreibung einfacher und übersichtlicher macht. Für mich als Kassenwart war das der Hauptnutzen. Viele Mitglieder haben vermutlich deswegen rechtzeitig bezahlt, weil es für sie einfacher war als vorher per Überweisung. Der sonstige Vorstand war aber auch angetan von Aufmachung und dass man überhaupt eine Onlinepräsenz hatte.

Man muss sich etwas dran gewöhnen, wenn man es nicht geübt darin ist auf der Webseite zu arbeiten, dafür gibt es aber auch gute und persönliche Hilfestellung seitens des Anbieters
