There are definitely some bugs and functionality issues, but the support team are open to suggestions and good with timely responses that it makes these issues easy to deal with. I emailed several property management software companies at the same time but simple rent was the only company that responded. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] was so wonderful and very helpful from day one and continues to be amazing. I asked for my personal lease, rental application, and employment verification forms to be placed electronically on my software which was done and everything looks perfect. Simple rent is a life saver for me, thanks a million again \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and the simple rent team. Pros Recently simple rent has added my lease, rental applications, and employment verification electrically to my software which means everything can be done online. Tenants are able to sign documents without meeting face to face and risk being contaminated in public by the pandemic. I am happy because potential tenants are not driving over to my office risking my health but can save gas & time by just emailing the documents. I am also able to add and save additional information in the document if desire. Cons Right now, I don't have any cons because I am still trying out my new software but, everything looks prefect. When we first started using the software there were several functionalities that were specific to our needs that was missing. The SimpleRent team worked diligently and timely with us to add these functionalities. Cons I think there are still some functionalities that could be added but like I said the SimpleRent team will work with you to make sure it meets your needs.
