Pros The customer service is incredible and they take into account your needs and work to resolve any issues as well as customize reports to fit your needs. It is simple, effective, and easy to use! Cons Would like to see more administrative access to what teachers are logging and communicating with parents. Would like staff to be able to communicate with each other, and admin to be able to view it. Would also like more one page tutorials with less color that we can print to assist families in using the parent portal and features. Pros That parents can sign in and out, that it has billing, I can automatically charge late fees without going in the system and that I can do set ups between children and staff Cons I love everything about ELV. Pros The system is an all in one platform for everything I need. I can manage billing, attendance, staff, payroll, and access this from anywhere. Cons The reports offered are not user friendly or customizable. There are many opportunities for streamlines reporting that are not available through this system. We often find that we have to use two septate reports to cover everything that we need access to. I have contacted the company a few times with no response about the verbiage they use for families. They use primary parent and secondary parent, which is absurd to think that a child should have a primary or secondary. We have also expressed concern for the verbiage concerning gender. You either have to choose Female or Male or choose not to answer. The question here is why do families need to fit into one of two boxes or not get to answer. I know many people that are proud of their gender fluidity and its frustrating that they are making no effort to fix it. Pros I love the billing aspect of the system. It bills automatically and the parents are able to pay weekly via the app and communicate with the school. I love the report system, makes for less paperwork for me. Cons in the billing system, I whish when a parent inquires late fee that it shows up the next day instead of later in the week. So the late fee can be paid the week of being late verses paying it on the next payment. Reason for choosing Alliance CORE I ultimately chose it because it was a promotion that was gifted to us as family care worker as well as testing it to see if it meets the needs of my business. And it meets my needs and I have no desire to go elsewhere. The product is great, the customer service is awesome, and the price is just right! Review Source ST Stacey T. I like how it keeps all the files in one place so I don’t have to keep paper files so I Licensing comes it’s a fast trip. All features work well, customer service is unbeatable, and it is everything we need without unnecessary, confusing additional features. Pros I like that the features work well with other systems (CCAP, CACFP, Accounting software, etc.). Also tracking attendance for both students and staff with one kiosk is so simple. Cons I would like to be able to add CCAP payments to the CCAP Ledger, it does not always reflect what we have received. Pros I like that it helps with my organization of data. I like that if need be (such as in a pandemic), I can just give licensing access to check out documents virtually. Cons I am super busy and I have slightly struggled with the adequate time to sit and really learn this program. It gives the parents a chance for some hands on participation and a chance for the teachers to step back a little. Cons What I liked least was the fact that we had to input each kids meals and sleep time separately. That was very time consuming and did not enjoy doing that for serval kiddos.
