### "We love Noora"

We were looking to collect and manage feedback to replace our current bare-bones solution. We wanted a fully featured tool that would allow us to slice and dice the feedback as need to make sense of it all. The UX of the product needed to be good and not get in the way. Due to upcoming marketing initiatives, we expected a large influx of users, but we didn't have much revenue yet, so pricing was just right. Finally, it needed to have a dedicated and dependable team. Noora fit the bill! Now, we have so much feedback now that we know what we'll be working on in the next year :) Users have a great and friendly way to get heard. We are confident in Noora's team and their attitude. Support is always prompt. Overall, we are quite happy with Noora and feel lucky to have found it.

Pros

Initially, we only used Noora for gathering feedback, which it's great for! We direct our users to file feature requests so that we can keep them updated as we work through our backlog. They even suggest workaround and solutions to each other. We have come to depend more and more on Noora, as we explored its capabilities. For example, the roadmap is now on Noora, too. Also, we switched our Changelog to Noora and embedded it in our app. To be honest we haven't fully utilized the connection between Ideas and Changelog, but we'd like to do so in the future.

Cons

One minor gripe is that I'm unable to take admin actions while viewing an idea, but have to go to another screen. Other than that, I'm very satisfied with Noora.

### "Easy-to-use feedback management and so much more"

I was keeping notes and feedback from my interactions all over the place, Slack, email, Paper. Noora helps me get a unified view of what is most important and what needs to be done next. It informs the next decision I have to make.

Pros

The fact that I can both gather ideas on behalf of my users by easily linking social media interactions, email, and more; and that I have the public roadmap where users can directly add whatever feedback they have. The ease of use coupled with the fact that I can assign more data like value to each added idea is a really nice touch. For me it has also doubled as an internal note-taking software and bug reporting platform which is extra great!

Cons

I love the integrations already in place when creating changelog posts or adding ideas and insights. I just want more of it! Since Noora is so flexible I just want more possibilities of integrating with the rest of my tech stack.

### "Noora Experience"

Positive! It's nice to have a platform where our users can submit feedback and ideas and get a direct response from the developers.

Pros

I like how you can switch between regular and admin view easily, as I like to see what our customers are seeing sometimes. It's easy to move things between folders, as well as merge/delete duplicate ideas. Now that I know how to search, that is super helpful as well, and I like all the different options to filter by, as it makes it easy to find an idea made a while ago when you can't quite remember the title! The sort options are good for this too, and it's nice to be able to see which feature requests have gained the most traction.

Cons

It was a little bit overwhelming at first, especially the columns just full of numbers on the Ideas page. I also often find it's quite slow to update, for example the comment count won't increase for a little while after leaving a comment. I use this to make sure all of our customers have received a response, so it would be nice to see that update more quickly. It also took me quite a long time to realise you can just search by title! I'd have thought such a crucial feature would be more clearly signposted. I wouldn't expect it to be under 'filter', I'd expect just a 'search' option. Maybe that one's on me! When we first joined, I had such a struggle to upload a profile photo as well, but I believe that issue has since been resolved.

Pros

Noora is excellent at capturing feedback and presenting it in an actionable manner. Going from tagging support tickets, having spreadsheets with links to various email discussions or survey results to Noora is saving so much time and effort. It is also a lot easier to generate buy in from stakeholders when the feedback can be presented in a very direct manner. Any product manager can save a considerable amount of time using a tool like this and I have found nothing that beats Noora in terms of usability and customer support. I find the overall quality very high and the product team is very focused on delivering a great user experience.

Cons

The product is still somewhat early in its development, I am especially missing things like pinned comments or similar to guide new users providing feedback in a ongoing discussion, but the pace of updates has been quite high so far so hopefully this is not a problem for later adopters. Additional tools for measuring user activity would also be valuable for more mature teams and this is something I hope will be available in a future update as well.

The team behind Noora is extremely fast in shipping improvements to features and is not afraid to rethink how they’re doing things. Noora uses Noora to do this which I as a user and administrator appreciate.

Pros

It’s great to have one place to collect, categorize, and discuss pieces of customer feedback. Because this is also the place where customers are kept up to date with product updates it seems to increase user participation and it makes it easier as a product manager to get the customer insights that I am looking for.

Cons

Noora is extremely flexible. Which is a good thing. But if you don’t water your plants and trim your weeds, the garden can get messy. If you don’t moderate and categorize the customer feedback well… you get what I mean.

Noora helps our Notesally team to know the pulse of our users. With Noora, we are able to be transparent about our roadmap to not only our customers but also our future prospects. For any SaaS product, we sell not only the product but also the roadmap. Noora helps us prove to the new prospects that they have the power to change Notesally according to their needs. The ability to create a public roadmap and feature requests board within a few minutes, to be used by the public is awesome :). Thanks for giving us a valuable thing to use and also the good relationship that you have built with the Notesally team!

Cons

None at the moment. If it is mandatory to suggest something, I would suggest an improvement item - I would like if we could convert a feature request into a roadmap item with a single click :)

We evaluated Noora HQ as one of several services to use for gathering internal feedback and issue reporting. Noora stood out for multiple reasons. The first is how fast support got back to us in regards to our issues. The second was due to how active they were in trying to make the platform as UX friendly as possible. Moreover, the fact that I was able to describe our workflow to my colleagues at the company in under 20 minutes was actually a great thing. We didn't have to hold sessions upon sessions of training. Overall, we are happy with our choice and have been using it for close to a month now. We didn't have any issues so far and everything works really perfectly.

Pros

\* Easy to set up. It didn't take us more than a couple of days for our use case. \* Very fast and very friendly support. \* They listen to feedback and issues brought up by their customers. \* Frequent updates to the platform. \* Easy to use. The entire team was up and running in under 20 minutes

Cons

\* The UX needs some work. For example at the moment to tag a specific issue you have to submit the issue and then edit the post then tag it. \* You can't mark a specific comment as a "solution" or "highlight it". But you can like a comment. \* You can't tag people in posts. \* You can't attach more than one file at a time when posting.

Pros

What I liked most about Noora is the fact that you can create multiple boards that we can easily integrate in our product, boards like Bugs Fixes, Product Feedback, etc... I also like the roadmap and the changelog.

Cons

Noora is still at the beginning of their journey and there are things that need polishing.

It's been great! It's easy-to-use while giving me a really good overview in the admin panel. I am mainly using it for internal tracking but I can see how easy it would be to push this out to other users as well.

Pros

The ease of which I can add feedback coming in from my coworkers and other stakeholders. I can, of course, have them add these themselves but since I work with quality improvements I need to rewrite most of the stuff myself anyway.

Cons

I know there are a few guides ready for the platform but I wish there was more video content as that helps me learn faster.
