It causes a mentality change from reactive to proactive. Pros Hyperproof's ability to consolidate all compliance-related tasks onto a single platform is what I appreciate most about it. October 2, 2025 5.0 I've had a positive experience. There's been issues to iron out in the implementation but they've not been core issues. Setup was really quick and we were rolling in a matter of minutes. I believe in their roadmap and delivering incremental updates makes me believe in the product and know they'll keep improving Pros I like the simplicity of what is essentially a complex world of GRC. The benefit of managing multiple frameworks only becomes apparent once you've spun up one framework and you can see how easy it is to manage multiple without duplicating effort. Cons The supplier and vendor management module needs some love to make it truly useful on an enterprise scale. The risk management module should focus on financial risk calculations but it's not impossible with the current iteration. It's one of those tools that becomes more useful the longer you use it because everything stays organized in the same place. Cons While I wouldn't call their vendor management module incomplete, there are some features we wish their module had that we had seen with their competitors. Enhanced customization related to vendor risk scoring would help us better tailor our vendor risk function to our needs. This cannot be undervalued. Pros We chose Hyperproof because it focused on compliance operations, not trying to do literally everything. It's intuitive to non-compliance folks, and it handles all the core requirements of running a smooth compliance program with excellence. Even more important, Hyperproof - the company - is your partner. They feel like they're on my team; I'm no longer alone in what I'm doing. They listen to my feedback and make the product better as a result. Cons Frankly, the user interface. It looks a bit dated and isn't responsive when resizing windows or your system's UI scaling. It can be a little difficult not to need multiple tabs of Hyperproof running to get the full picture of what you're doing. It is not hard to use, but this is an area of opportunity.
