Now that we are able to map evidence to our controls, we are able to quickly find and provide required artifacts to internal and external auditors. And we are able to maintain evidence throughout the year, based on the freshness requirements that we have configured, so that we aren't left with a monstrous effort before every assessment. This tool has proven to be a huge improvement, and the vendor is very responsive to our needs. Pros The platform is already helping us easily map audit evidence to controls for easy tracking, maintenance, and re-use. We've gone from exhausting, time-consuming, manual work to being able to quickly locate and provide audit evidence. Freshness reminders are set to help us stay on top of artifact updates throughout the year rather than a big effort right before an audit or exam. But what we like best are the people - the various teams from sales to implementation to customer success to support to development are extremely responsive to our questions, concerns, and goals. It's intuitive to non-compliance folks, and it handles all the core requirements of running a smooth compliance program with excellence. Even more important, Hyperproof - the company - is your partner. They feel like they're on my team; I'm no longer alone in what I'm doing. They listen to my feedback and make the product better as a result. Cons Frankly, the user interface. It looks a bit dated and isn't responsive when resizing windows or your system's UI scaling. It can be a little difficult not to need multiple tabs of Hyperproof running to get the full picture of what you're doing. It is not hard to use, but this is an area of opportunity.
