Pros Gave us roughly an additional 50K product skus to target via Google shopping. It did so with very little input or resource from our side. Cons More management over the product feed could be useful, to help you get the most out of the feeds potential reach. The team have been incredibly pro-active and regularly work with us to optimise performance by listening to our needs and developing solutions. The AI technology is extremely impressive and bundling is now a key part of our online strategy. Pros The tool uses impressive AI which drives intuitive bundling on site, but there is also the option to manually adjust bundles which works perfectly for new products and promotions. It's added several % value to our top line and is a key driver for us during big trading periods. The team are fantastic and are really proactive with initiatives and supporting you through set up and continued service. Pros How fluid the setup is. On-boarding this feature was so easy and only took a few weeks to fully set up (implementation to data review). It's so easy to also implement plain rules that help you to maximise your trading opportunities and all that's needed is a sentence to get started! Cons There's not much to be improved as the software is really straight forward. One thing I'd suggest is more visualization on reporting but I know this is being worked through. " March 4, 2021 5.0 Pros Increasingly has been an extremely impactful partnership that has supported both growth in top-line revenue and continued growth in order size. Team at Increasingly is extremely responsive and always taking initiative to find new, innovative uses of their product. Cons Integration and management of the tool is quite easy, the only issue you can potentially run into is changes to product feeds can cause major disruptions. If you're using this tool it's important to have a product feed organized and always up to date, delays in these updates will cause issues with the integration. Our site was very limited with what we were able to do out of the box, and Increasingly's widgets look native and work seamlessly with the site. Their AI's suggestions are on-point and have made a big difference in AOV. I would recommend them to anyone! Cons I have no complaints. The team at Increasingly is knowledgeable, patient, and quick to respond to questions or offer optimization ideas. It's a great software because their implementation team and AI takes care of most of the heavy lifting, but can also be customized. Cons Some sales track to increasingly instead of other publishers, including when its an exclusive code that another publisher has been given.
