Managing Partner Insurance Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Finally a simple and integrated solution" April 7, 2020 5.0 Pros The Signal Sync Platform is an easy to use, thoughtfully laid out, CRM that has significantly streamlined my agency's day to day operations and increased efficiency. The initial setup and walkthrough tutorial made learning the system a breeze and maximized adoption for my producers and CSR's. The new integration with Ease has even further streamlined the process for managing my Book of Business. Cons The only thing missing from the platform is a way to track commissions for producers within the agency. Support has told me it is currently in development and should be rolled out sometime in 2020 Review Source SS Steve S. It allows myself or my staff to reduce the amount of time we spend on helping clients manage their employee benefits and keeping them in compliance as well. Pros Great software, easy to use and very intuitive. Easily create a benefit book or Wrap document in a few steps. Having the flexibility by including a help desk to track client issues is a major plus as well. Good layout and simple to navigate. Integration with my existing business was smooth and an easy transition. Cons It would be great to have sales and marketing automation features like what can be found in HubSpot. Finance Director Insurance Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Agency Engine - Value, Quality, Ease" April 7, 2020 5.0 Pros Agency Engine by Signal Sync is an affordable answer that simplifies and consolidates the many processes required to run our agency and serve our clients. Creating Benefit Books and Compliance WRAP documents now takes minutes versus hours. Data we had stored in several locations is now centrally located on an easy to navigate platform. The recent integration with EASE has been a value added bonus for us eliminating manual data entry. Cons Before the integration with EASE, initial data entry was needed, but now the process is completely streamlined. Review Source AS Audrey S. From the initial sales call, to talking to customer service, the executive team etc. They provided answers quickly, and are very accomodating. Pros It is very easy to use. April 7, 2020 5.0 Pros It's really easy to enter client data through the wizards and tutorials. That the same data can be used for all the document creation that agencies tend to put off or outsource and it's done in minutes versus hours!
