Our team has been using it for several years, and it continues to meet our needs exceptionally well. We've evaluated other platforms along the way, but nothing has matched Rarchy’s ease of use, reliability, or overall value. Pros Rarchy makes it incredibly easy for our customers to visualize what we're building. We can map out the full website structure and get client approval before investing time into development. It’s simple to use, easy to explain, and helps clients clearly see the content and flow of their site. Sharing links with both clients and our internal team is pretty easy too, which keeps everyone aligned from the start. Cons The only drawback for me is that you can’t multi-select and change colors for an entire section at once. Aside from that, I really don’t have any complaints—everything else has been a positive experience. I create the structure, page URLs, page titles etc. in Rarchy and then share a visual map of the campaign pages with other stakeholders for their feedback. I can also provide the option for them to join my team in Rarchy and make tweaks themselves. Pros Super easy to use and looks great visually. Love the UX/UI. Cons Would love to be able to plan the content of each page. After speaking to the Rarchy team it sounds like this is on the product roadmap which is good to see. The output was better than I expected and it helped me size and scope the job to be done with ease. I ran into an issue with the site that didn't allow all the screenshots to be captured. The team at Rarchy were incredibly fast to respond to my query, had it resolved in an hour, and went above and beyond in their support. Honestly the best customer support I have had when dealing with a product in my field. Thanks, Owen! Cons I haven't found anything I don't like yet. The quirks in using the product are just something you get used to. Again: not deal breaking at all. More a matter of zooming in and aiming my mouse better. Everything else has been great: existing functionality is really cool and the developers are keen to add useful additions that help your use cases. Pros Where to start?? Setting up a project and scraping a website is easy-peasy with just a few clicks. Provides a comprehensive overview of a site's content/pages & captures all relevant pages, unlike some of the competitors. Creating a new/modified sitemap is super simple; the drag and drop functionality is great and the ability to add content blocks, notes, and add example wireframes really speeds up the planning process. Additionally, the creators are very responsive to customer support requests and actually want to know how they can improve the product to meet your needs. Cons There are a couple of quirks with using the product but no deal breakers: sometimes you have to zoom in really far in order to properly select a content block. That's really the main one. Demo site is nice addition to help the newbies to learn the tool. A huge shout-out to the Support team, they are always there to help. Pros Our team needed a tool to analyze large sites with approximately 2000+ pages. We tried other tools and finally found that Rarchy has that bandwidth to crawl large sites and get the sitemap for all the pages. The toolbar options are very handy to navigate between pages. Capturing screenshots was super helpful. Cons I felt navigation toolbar might need some enhancements to provide additional controls to help user navigate between pages. While analyzing large sites, it becomes harder to keep track of where you in the sitemap, and till what point you analyzed. Pros 90% of the features that I needed were native to the platform, and the missing functionality is being worked on - which is awesome. Cons I can't think of anything. Saves a lot of time and collaborates across many departments Pros There's a lot which this software covers in the strategy phase of Design. From initially running a crawl on a site to get their sitemap, to then mapping this to the new suggested structure and through to user flows. The ability to move seamlessly to creating user flows cut out a time-costly part of my previous process which meant I had to use two different softwares. The support team go above and beyond to help with queries or issues I've faced to help me fix my issues. Pros The best things about Rachy to me are the auto-import tool - both from URLs and CSV imports. The Auto screen capture function impresses other colleagues who are only used to seeing the name/titles of pages in other similar software. It helps makes visualising the product so much easier. Cons The drag and drop function can be fiddly at times, and sometimes I wish there was a history or versioning built-in.
