Vice-President Marketing Marketing and Advertising Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Most useful plugin for a manufacturers website" May 19, 2020 5.0 We use this plugin on 3 platforms, and on 3 levels which is B2C, B2B and selling to Sub Distributors and a few different pricing levels for customer. SO this is great and since we are linked with our accounting, perfect for us. Pros We use this plugin to enable our customer to buy in bulk at a wholesale price of course. We can easily integrate it with our forms to enable customers to create accounts and the versatility for prices for customers is just literally insane. Cons To be honest, it's hard to find something wrong about it. So far, and I've been using it on many sites, this was not the first, it over performed so unless we speak about the fact that they don't offer a NET30 gateway to go along with it or something like that which is obviously not the basic purpose of this plugin, I don't have anything bad to say about it. Switched from [QuickBooks Online](https://www.capterra.com/p/190778/QuickBooks-Online/) Well the basic reason was that the integration with WooCommerce was forcing us to recreate a lot of products and it was too painful plus the fact that our warehouse didn't have any connector to Trade Gecko while WooCommerce was compatible. I would like it if my customers didn't have to log in and place orders themselves. I want to take orders over the phone or email, then enter the sales myself so my customers have to do as little as possible. Pros I'm just getting started with wholesale, and this is the product that was most highly recommended by people in a WooCommerce user group. I had an issue with a registration form not showing on my Divi site, and their customer support logged in and solved my problem in a handful of hours. I thought that was great service. Cons There was a glitch showing the wholesale registration form on my Divi site. Reason for choosing Wholesale Suite I went off the recommendations of people in a WooCommerce user group. Pros Great that when a wholesale customer orders they get the wholesale price by logging in and it syncs inventory correctly! Doing invoices in Square at retail store does not sync properly and I’m always having to do inventory when I go deliver soap to our retailers. This software fixes that issue and also we can just have our customers order online and then we can ship as well instead of having to deliver. Cons I wish there was a more visibility as to where to enter wholesale prices. If someone other than me enters a new product, they sometimes have a hard time finding where to enter wholesale pricing. I am looking forward to more features being added to this experience, especially around making this a plugin to help drive a quotation experience down the track. Pros It was easy to set up and add. The knowledgebase is helpful. The plugin makes wholesale integration easier with various options to choose from. Cons The plugin can sometimes conflict with others. Although, the support team are responsive when it comes to these needs and can figure out most issues. Also, we'd like to have one plugin in future. At the moment you have to upload three separate plugins to use the suite, when this could be reduced further to one with add ons based on the licence. It has really simplified the whole process and allowed me to address all of the common wholesale needs like: min purchase order (for each product), wholesale price, limmiting the entire item to wholesale only, etc. Cons It does have a bit of a learning curve with it, but once you figure it all out its really simple. It maybe because I am a business owner first and taught myself how to run and develop my website second. But it is simple and easy to use once you have figured out where all of the new features are. It handles multiple dealer levels, with flexible parameters, a dealer order form, and even an in-house marketing account for sending free promotional products. I plan on using it for another client who needs to support wholesale soon, and a few more down the road. Pros This was the easiest and most complete software to implement a true wholesale shopping environment in the existing WooCommerce system. Each aspect of the Wholesale experience is addressed within the 3 parts of the Suite. Cons There were a few things I couldn't figure out myself, but everything was resolved easily by contacting support. Pros Implementing Wholesale Suite into my website saves me HOURS every week, between dealing with new account applications and managing orders it's been a lifesaver. It helped me reach six-figures within the first year of using it. Pros It saves me so much time by sending my wholesale buyers straight to my site and not having to manually create any orders or invoices. Makes everything really straight forward and accessible. Cons Set up is a bit complex, especially for those less tech savvy. I have it all set now but did encounter some issues at first where the fix was a little un-obvious. However the support team are very good and have always helped me get to the bottom of any issues. Plus the team are constantly bringing out new updates and improvements and seem really on board with listening to feedback. Everything is integrated. But the Netsuite website lacks modern functionality so I have set up a Woocommerce site with the Wholesale Suite Plugin which addresses all my needs. Pros Ticks all the boxes for what I need. Multi-pricing to allow for wholesale prices, distributor discounts and so on. Ease of use. Simply to install and easy to manage Cons Fair question.
