They are an absolute pleasure to work with. I've been in the technology business for twelve years and have worked with hundreds of 3rd parties. By far, Publitas is my favorite. The fact that they come to our quarterly meetings with not only free upgrades, but revenue-driving features is incredible. All partners should behave the same. In addition, when we also mention improvements we'd like to see in the future - it's as if by magic, the feature is ready for us within a week or two.

Pros

Publitas is consistently innovating their e-catalog software to allow for embedded playable videos, slideshows, animated gifs for an incredible user experience. Every three months they come up with something that is astonishing. Now, they are working on personalized catalogs, automated builders, lead-forms to acquire new customers, and integrating into sales applications. Integration was easy. Publitas was up and going on our site within 3 days once contracts were signed. (It took us time to load in our 25 catalogs.)

Cons

The google tag manager integration is cumbersome; though Publitas is entirely willing to assist in the setup process as well as help us debug issues that originated in the original EPIserver setup.

Publitas is an excellent product that we are very happy with, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others. A great product and service that we aim to continue using.

Pros

Publitas gives us a great platform to easily share our brochures, in a way that is accessible and searchable. Much better than the old PDFs we used to link to for people to download. I've also experienced excellent customer service, with members of the team going out of their way to accommodate us and keep our brochures live even when we were having issues paying due to a systems upgrade.

Cons

There is nothing to dislike. Publitas is easy to use, the team offer great support, I can't complain about any aspect.

Using PDFs to share brochures required the user to download the publication. Publitas hosts brochures online, making it easier for the end user. It is also much easier to include search features and links, making it an interactive document that can drive traffic to digital channels.

Easy to use and navigate around the site. The team is able to work on this week in week out without much difficulty.

Cons

Everything is chargeable when hit certain threshold. If want to waive off, need to negotiate with the account servicing person.

### "Publitas makes publishing easy"

Publitas is the best solution for our needs and we receive excellent customer service. Our publications are an important communication and conversion tool, and it is imperative to the business that we have the support provided by Publitas to bring those pubs to our customer.

Pros

Ease of integration with our website. Automations throughout the process (product ID, design, etc.).

Cons

Reporting. I am still struggling to track conversion from Publitas views. We are still working on this after a long effort.

### "A top class product"

Very reliable and easy to use, with plenty of functions to choose from. It offers far more than just a "page-turner".

Pros

Interface was perfect, and the auto-section for links/emails is a time-saver. Also, having tested the platform with my client's busy network, it was incredibly stable compared to competitors.

Cons

Not a con: There's plenty of other functions that are not suitable for my clients. (Things that are geared towards catalogues, for example).

Very easy to use and the support always helps you out with advice. Not many bugs and the interface is very clear.

Pros

Easy to set up and good customer support. They have several packages available according to your company's needs, so you get good value for money.

Cons

Some of the features, such as popups when you hoovered over with the mouse, we used to have in the past weren't available in the new settings. We were provided with an alternative though.

Excellent. We’ve used Publitas for years and have no interest in using other pdf viewers. They are also very responsive.

Pros

Publitas’s format is extremely user friendly and the quality of the viewer is top-notch! Their format is very easy to navigate

Cons

The only thing I wish could change is how the zoomfeature works. I wish the zoom view finder (square-within-asquare box) was off the paper so it does not sit in front of the page

Sometimes I feel the product tagging isn't that good for our team, like we use auto tagging is not working sometimes, have to do manual tagging.

I have been using Publitas for the past 5 years and recommend it to anyone thinking of using an ebook platform. It is easy to use and flexible enough to do what I require and our audience end users have picked up using the platform to read our content very easily with minimal explanation/guidance.

Pros

The flexibility to publish and/or secure your publication with a password or not. It is easy to use and upload publications.

Cons

Doing all the page jump links for a table of contents. It has improved but would be great if we could get it to recognise a table of contents from the pdf and the copying and pasting of page jump links could be better.

Es una herramienta interesante, pero deben dejar de hablar técnicos y buscar tener un diálogo más fácil para todo tipo de usuario y no solo usuarios que sean técnicos.

Pros

Es una interesante herramienta, pero no sé si aplique para todos los usuarios del mundo, en Panamá que se ha crecido a nivel de tecnología, me parece que los usuarios les cuesta el uso.

Cons

La medición, no puedo medir comodamente el uso, la conversión, si pudieran tener una integración simple donde se puedan ver las conversiones por medio del GA4 o Looker mejor, yo agregue unas audiencias de publitas al GA4 y de igual forma no se muestran los datos de conversión. Tal vez si el proceso de acompañamiento fuera directo a como tú puedes medir tus conversiones sería mejor.

Pros

The display is smooth and the links work.

Cons

Can't think of any. The only small issue we ever had was: our accounting team wanted invoicing monthly instead of hitting the company credit card. Because Publitas was off-shore, the international transaction wasn't worth the problems. Kept the charge in the card. But everyone on the Publitas side was helpful.

Our \[large\] clients are improving results-based on their key performance area’s while still having flexibility in publishing and reaching out to customers. Ideal suite for upselling en cross selling. But in these times we use it as in retention instrument for our clients.

Pros

Online application for both publishing as marketing and marketing automation or as \[mobile\] POS is excellent. Support is a breeze.

Cons

We search for a suite like publicitas as one of the solutions, but that was years ago. Their marketing had improved.

Lo más importante para mí, es la facilidad en las publicaciones y la programación. Su interfaz con Analitycs.

Cons

En nuestro caso contamos con distintas zonas de precios, veo negativo que cada una de esas zonas de una misma publicación cuenten como publicaciones del pack. Veia negativo no poder incorporar gif animados o pequeños dinamismos pero entiendo que ahora ya se pueden incorporar.

Cons

L'obligation de dépublier et republier le document racine qui vient lors de l'appel du nom de domaine, ce qui est fastidieux si l'on veut que ce soit toujours le même et pas le dernier publié.

Very good, the quality is impressive. But I would like to have more options to place banners around.

Easy to upload pdf files, add links, image hotspot, connect with my google analytics, embed in my website. Good design overall to share with our readers.

You can link products from a flipbook, which will allow you to bring traffice from the flipbook to the actual products on the website.

### "Browse easily in Publitas"

We have been working with catalogs since 2007. After switching to the Publitas application in 2017, we were able to come up with something new for our clients, fast, simple and, most importantly, functional with a responsive design. I think that our clients do not require any extra functionalities so as not to distract the customer from other thoughts than "Quickly and easily find a product, get to the e-shop and buy". And we can rely on Publitas for that.

Pros

Publitas is simple, fast and easy to use. Not to mention the prompt support.

Cons

As always, there would be something to find, but since we do not use all the functionalities that Publitas provides, we cannot evaluate it.
