In addition to this the fees were significantly lower than its competitors and allowed my attendees to pay less out of pocket in fees. Cons I would appreciate if Promotix allowed me to add more details about my event as well as add a FAQ and answer section ( similar to Eventbrite) Switched from [Eventbrite](https://www.capterra.com/p/114949/Eventbrite/) Eventbrite fees were too expensive. Lot of different possibilities to built a website and sell your tickets. On your website you can only upload horizontal pictures and rather small pictures. Cons You get a lot of mails with tips for better sales (which I understand), but we organize a small private event, so for me it's just filling my inbox. I had to fill in an URL about my event in Stripe and I didn't have one, I adapted my LinkedIn. It would be great if you could choose the website you make on Promotix for this. Some visitors think you have to give too much personal information when buying the tickets. Pros I like that it also has an app you can download, which makes accessing it much easier. I also like that they walk you through each step when creating an event, it was comprehensible for a beginner. Cons I did not like that I could not send a mass email to people who purchase tickets for an event like how Eventbrite does. Perhaps they do and I just could not find it. Things are a bit hard to find after creating an event.
