Cons I had to be creative on adding CME disclaimers. For example, we needed to get permission from attendees to share contact info with vendors. There was not a place to add that box. That's our googling and found promotix. From the time I click the link to the time that I was done and verifying my email address it had only been 15 minutes at most.
