March 15, 2022 5.0 Our organization puts all information about the proposals, grants and projects in the system. We keep all financial information about the projects there. The organization often generates the reports from HOPE for internal use and for donors. Pros It is very practical and informative software. This system unites three departments: program, grants management and finance department. Our organization uses this system every day for tracking the projects and grants, entering the detailed information about the grants expenses, etc. Financial department makes financial records, payments, etc. Cons NA. It is in compliance with Europe Foundations all requirements. Reason for choosing HOPE The software was not expensive and it was in compliance with our organization's main requirements. Pros That it's based on the internet and is accesible from everywhere. Also budget controlling is very good. Cons While searching for payment you type name it would be better to have "go" button for using it for a new search, rather than clearing everything and typing new parameters.....especially if you are searching payment by 2 paramnets (name, amount). At first sight it seems non complicated but when you understand the principal, everything goes on easily. And I like the support. All the tasks are numbered and they are resolved shortly Cons Integration appeared difficult, But I guess users were not prepared to that change and the programs were not ready by that time.
