As it was the first time we organized a digital event, the organizing team doubted whether we would be able to get it set-up in less than 3 months. Finally, everything was ready one week before. Pros \- admin panel is very intuitive - very good that we were able to test a lot of the features during the preparation - conference-feel and networking was most important for us and that very well achieved through the different chats, esp. in the lobby, integration of wonder, bilateral meetings etc. - being able to use our SMTP hosts for emails and templates were easy to adapt to our purposes Cons \- that it was more difficult (or sometimes impossible) to access/use the platform with smaller screens and the high dependency on Google Chrome - sometimes critical buttons are positioned in places where it is likely that they get pressed accidentally by speakers, e.g. Go Live, Stop session - in general the content library is very good esp. for videos but 2 things were not ideal: when showing powerpoints or pdfs, it had difficulty loading the next slide for some viewers or speakers while for others it was fine (even with people using the same internet connection) but most confusing is that while admins/speakers cannot see what somebody else uploaded in the content library, they can control whatever is shown by somebody else once a presentation/video is started Reason for choosing Let's Get Digital This fit most with what we wanted to achieve with our online conference. We also liked that we could directly start working in the admin panel, testing it out for ourselves and that the people from EventInsight were very honest and realistic about the work required from our side to fill the platform. Pros The platform is easy to work with, intuitive and seems to have no limit. The program is similar in structure of an actual business convention or gathering. You have many of the segments or structures you would find at a convention including the individual check in add a personalized feel. For me the covid pandemic made it a useful tool to still add some buzz to my service and yet I did not have to remain engaged as one must when traveling to a convention. The down time allowed others to return to their normal functions and re-enage when desired. The eventinsight app is a great tool to cordiante the event and allow cordiantion of the event and attenedees. Cons The program is great but needs to be shared more with the team. I found myself being more in charge of all aspects . The program feels very intense at first and felt like I was underutilizing the features. I confess I was not best at organizing events prior to this use. I think more online training would be great and also invitations to watch other programs from the outset to see how it is better utlizies. Pros In the lobby you have the embedded video window which offers you many possibilities to connect to your participants. Für Schulungen ist dies perfekt, da von hier aus z.B. Einwahldaten, Hinweise, Links etc. in personalisierten Mails versandt werden können. Die Nutzung der Räume für die Referent:innen ist sehr gut, diese können bereits vorab getestet und auch vorbereitet werden. Ich kann nur noch einmal betonen, dass der Support Spitzenklasse ist!!! Pros Nach einigen Stunden des Testens und Durchklickens ist die Nutzung relativ einfach. Der Aufbau ist sehr übersichtlich und die Liste des Supports für die Abarbeitung der bevorstehenden Aufgaben ist sehr hilfreich nicht den Überblick zu verlieren. Durch die Vorschau der erstellten Details hatte ich immer gleich eine Ansicht, um zu wissen ob ich die Seite tatsächlich so nutzen möchte. Die Möglichkeit des Versandes von Serienmails ist großartig. Cons In den einzelnen Seminarräumen gibt es 2 Möglichkeiten per Chat zu kommunizieren, was ich persönlich, unsere Teilnehmer:innen, sowie auch Referent:innen nicht so gut finden. Außerdem ist das rechte Chatfenster sehr breit, was für die Ansicht bei Nutzung eines Tabletts oder kleinem Laptops nicht optimal ist. Bei einer großen Teilnehmeranzahl in einem einzelnen Raum ist leider die Nutzung der Kamera für alle Teilnehmer nicht möglich, da es hier zu Problemen mit der Verbindung kommt. Dies finde ich die größte Einschränkung. Ein weiterer Nachteil ist auch, dass keine PDF´s versandt werden können, das wäre für den Versand von Teilnahmebescheinigungen etc. ein großer Gewinn. Pros Een makkelijke en complete opzet van evenementen. Voordeel van combinatie met mobile app. Sterke focus op het inhoudelijke en zonder afbreuk te doen aan de user experience. Cons Er zijn altijd wel wat verbeterpunten. Bij dit platform zit het dan vooral in de details bij doorgedreven gebruikt. Uiteraard is het niet dezelfde ervaring als bij een echt fysiek congres, maar dit platform komt aardig in de buurt. Heel fijn om ons congres op deze manier te kunnen organiseren! Pros Let's Get Digital is een mooi platform dat je als organisatie naar eigen smaak kunt inrichten. Als je niet bang bent om te klikken, heb je aan de achterkant ook snel je weg gevonden en voor vragen kun je in de voorbereiding goed bij EventInsight terecht. Wij hebben het platform gebruikt voor een online netwerkcongres voor ongeveer 170 deelnemers en ook zij hebben het platform op de dag zelf als erg gebruiksvriendelijk ervaren. Cons Bij het gebruik van break-outs in Sambalife worden deelnemers erg abrupt in een subgroepje geplaatst. Een tussenstap waarbij de deelnemers dit in ieder geval zelf moeten accepteren en dan doorgaan naar een break-out zou dit al kunnen oplossen. Review Source HV Haikaz V. Zoals eerder beschreven is het voortraject redelijk arbeidsintensief (vullen van het platform, registratie/dataverrijking van deelnemers en het trainen van sprekers. Advies: vind een goede techniekpartner voor het verzorgen van de streams e.d. in het platform, scheelt een hoop 'last-minute' stress. Pros Gebruiksvriendelijke software voor zowel organisatie als deelnemers (na eerste introductie). Fysieke eventbeleving goed na te bootsen in online platform (met video, lobby, breakouts en netwerkmogelijkheden). Cons Ondanks netwerkmogelijkheden toch lastig om daadwerkelijk netwerken te stimuleren online, wat toch een belangrijk onderdeel is van evenementen. Cons Support während der Veranstaltung war nicht optimal. Netzwerk-Karussell funktionierte nur bedingt. Es wurden während unserer Veranstaltung Aktualisierungen vorgenommen, die unser Programm komplett durcheinander gebracht haben.
