Pros With the utilization of JADBio, we achieved rapid data processing with minimal input, allowing us to construct biosignatures that seamlessly integrate established and pioneering parameters. These biosignatures exhibited exceptional performance as prognostic tools when rigorously validated in a real-world environment. Cons Deep learning methods are not applied but we do not have any other complaints JADBio has been quiet helpful with our medical electronics line. Professor Research ### "JADBio for optimal biosignatures" 5.0 Overall Rating 5.0 5.0 Ease of Use 5.0 5.0 Features 5.0 5.0 Customer Service 5.0 5.0 Likelihood to Recommend 10/10 February 20, 2022 Using JADBio, we managed to process our data quickly, with minimal effort, to built biosignatures combining established and innovative parameters, that performed really well as prognostic tools when validated in a real-world medical setting. We would have never made such a good use of our primary or archived data by standard machine learning approaches. The employment of JADBio added a new dimension to our work, in a simple yet sophisticated way, leading to multiple publications and a patent application. Pros \- requires no bioinformatic expertise, no complex code-difficult to be reviewed and replicated - delivers models/classifiers of few selected features, easy to be translated to multiplex assays - does not bear overfitting, reflecting in stable predictive strength in the validation steps - does inform biology - analysis outputs ready for the manuscript Cons I would like to have the service of a full pipeline for classification analysis, from data aquisition to conclusions put into a scientific context. We have used it in a number of projects in the area of AI for mental health with the NHS. Use was straightforward and results very good. We noticed improved performance and productivity compared to using other tools. Cons There was nothing with JAD Bio that we didn't like.
