Cons There's nothing I would really dislike from it, as much as I could say on this question would be some suggestions on how the platform could improve even more , they have a very powerful API which gives a lot of control to developers/coders, I just wish the platform would have a code editor integrated so coders could make use of the API inside the platform itself, I would definitely love this! However, the possibilities with WooCommerce appear limited to only adding a customer to a mailing list, or trigger a reward to the referrer after a purchase.Solutions feel more geared to serve SAAS products at the moment. Would love to see a WooCommerce plugin :) Pros This is great for driving a viral Pre-Launch email collection campaign. Great for retail companies like ourselves that have multiple brands where each campaign can be setup with their own domains and sending email address with DKIM settings for DMARC alignment. Cons The UI/UX is basic. I would like to see the links / labels be a bit more intuitive with tooltips. Excited to launch the next course using this marketing software. Pros Of course, the LTD was a huge magnet to reviewing this software, however after reading about the multitude of features and excellent customer support (which I feel is key to choosing SaaS) I decided to give it a whirl. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of set up and navigation is super inutitive within the software. I love the gamification and rewards systems, and especially the pre-launch funnels which are vital to us for releasing new courses and maintaining exisiting students. If you are a starter company on a small budget as we are and at the price offered for this LTD, this deal is amazing. Monthly costs for other referral software can run into the hundreds of dollars. Cons Maybe direct integrations with my CRM and some other plugins. Currently I have to use Zapier which incurs extra costs. Cons Not so much a dislike, but because this is a mature platform some may find the customisation overwhelming (for me this is amazing, of which I haven't experienced elsewhere. Unlike some other products that constrain you with the shackles template, it lets you get as creative as possible. It is astonishingly customizable. Plus, you get the complete control of the branding and design. If you believe in packing your own parachute, so to speak, this is a great product for setting up and managing your referral programs. Cons I should say that probably not everyone wants to "pack their own parachute." I am sure that there are people who would rather put something together quickly and haphazardly, and prefer not to be thorough. Prefinery gives an option to harness every benefit of this type of acquisition, and doing it extremely elengantly and efficiently. I really value the simplicity and the ease of use of the software: there is no complicated UI, no fluff, no unnecessary features, just the most important tools the create, track and manage your referrals. Cons It is by all means not the softwares' mistake, but if we had more incentive options to further motivate the referrals (other than a discount), that would be extremely useful. Prefinery allows just that, at scale, for the 21st century. Pros There are many tools for referral marketing out there. Some are quite good, but Prefinery is in a league of its own. What sets it apart are two things: 1) the ability to customize nearly every aspect that could possibly meet the eye and 2) the ability to integrate seamlessly with your website or app. I couldn't ask for much more.
