Financial Adviser Financial Services Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Great Calendly Competitor" April 15, 2022 5.0 I'm easily able to have clients book in meetings with me, and generate Zoom / Google Meet links without having to do anything once it's all set up. I intend to integrate with Twilio to send SMS reminders and things as well, but so far the overall experience has been flawless, and I've been using it for about a year. Pros It's really easy to sync your calendar (especially if you have a Google calendar) to ensure bookings go straight into your calendar, and that people can't book in when you're not available. There's a lot of customisation and a broad range of direct integrations (ClickUp, Twilio, Zoom, Google Meet). I literally only need to send the link / have the link available, and people book right in, a Zoom link is automatically generated, and my + their calendar receives a meeting invite. There's a bunch of other features like landing pages and quizzes that really make it stand out as well. The service, I might add, is phenomenal. Cons The customisation is fairly limited when it comes to choosing the colour scheme for each element of your booking pages. I also wish they could get the video description feature working better - I love the idea of placing a video rather than having text for a description when people are on my booking page. Cons Didn't like the way the calendar page/ booking page looked. Wasn't really customizable in that regard. They didn't have text reminders either. I created a booking page with a complex survey based booking approach, i.e. based on the survey different time slot length are calculated or different meeting types selected (on premise, zoom, phone etc). I suffered from one strange email behavior, but the TuCalendi team solved it within a day. I am very happy with my customer experience - and even more important: My customer are also happy with it. I have used many, many different systems (including systems like Calendely, CalendarHero), but this one is the right fit - solves easy and complex tasks without headache, and is even listed in many GDPR privacy statement creation tools. Pros TuCalendi might look a little complex in the beginning, but you get first results in minutes. After getting used to the many different components you understand that it can do so much more - I tried many other systems but none come close. The survey tool allows to create flexibility with time slots, ticket tokens etc etc... simply great. If this is not convincing already: It is GDPR compliant hosted in Spain. And it gets even better: The service desk is answering really quick - not a autoresponder or AI bot, no: Real humans interested in results that solve your problems. This is the way it should be. Cons It needs a little bit of a learning curve for the highly advanced configuration aspects, but the video tutorials and knowledge base / FAQ solves any issue - in the worst case the help desk team will help you, but that is not a Cons... it is a big Pro. The few times I've reached out to the support team for help with solving problems (normally user error) and they have gone above and beyond to help me resolve them. They are very responsive. Pros Being able to have multiple calendars for different areas of my business. Very customisable with email reminders. Integrates with Google meet so create unique video links for each booking. The support team are amazing. Cons I would like to have the option to manage my availability for multiple calendars from one input. Is a real time saver, super slick in how it works and their support team is second to none in terms of speed of response and ability to fix whatever issue I had! Great work tha tI hope they keep up. Pros Overall really easy to use & setupHas everything you need functionality wise to enable customers to schedule, pay for and provide essential information for the session as an automated system.Saves so much time as customers have the ability to pick a date and time that is available in the diary. Pay and then both parties just turn up to the appointment in the diary. Support from the team is absolutely brilliant. There is so much available online but if you send an email the response is almost instant and the resolution is provided. Either for me to implement easily by following clear concise instructions, or they've sorted it out!! Extremely good value for money compared to other options out there. Cons There were a couple of bits that I struggled with in terms of integration that weren't necessarily clear or full proof, as I managed to miss some steps. We are in the fortunate position of being in high demand and I found myself spending a disproportionate amount of time fielding enquiries over the phone from potential customers - some of which we are unable to help due to being fully booked or not offering the service they require. The time spent on the phone was taking me away from other business growth activities and so I looked for an alternative solution. TuCalendi is absolutely superb and has dramatically changed our business for the better. Using their intuitive Survey Template feature, customers are able to qualify themselves first and check we have availability. If we do and we determine we are able to help them, they are then able to book an appointment with us. Customers love the ease of booking together with the instant feedback regarding availability and if we can help them. For me, it has stopped the phone ringing and has allowed me the time to grow the business a great deal further. In addition to that, the team and customer service behind TuCalendi is second to none. I've had several dealings with \[sensitive content hidden\] who is endlessly helpful and made the initial set up of the system incredibly easy. I am a huge fan of TuCalendi. Like I say, not only has their system improved our service for our customers but it has provided me the opportunity to grow our business further and, therefore, increase our profits. The connection to SMS as well as email for sending booking confirmations and reminders (which has eradicated missed / forgotten bookings). The reminders and confirmations are also customizable. Pros The program's founders seem to be from Spain. This is great since the software's Spanish capabilities are great. Additionally, adding another user is much cheaper than Calendly. To get 2 users on TuCalendi, it's about 1/3 to 1/2 of what Calendly charges, which is great for small businesses! Cons I still need to contact customer support to assist with embedding into my website, but other than that, customer support has been responsive and provided me great information. Funktioniert perfekt mit meinem Gmail account in der Synchronisierung. Macht, was es soll und ist schnell gelernt. Pros Die Software ist auch für ungeübte Nutzer leicht zu lernen. Meine Anforderung mehrere Terminbuchungen mit Double-Opt-in zu gestalten ist in wenigen Stunden erfolgt. Besonders der Support ist positiv hervorzuheben. Anfragen werden innerhalb kürzester Zeit umfassend und zufriedenstellend beantwortet. Auch die Videotutorials sind sehr hilfreich, obwohl es sehr viele sehr kurze Videos sind. Cons Jede Änderung muss sofort gespeichert werden, um nicht verloren zu gehen. Das ist logisch, mir aber leider öfters passiert und das ist ärgerlich. Der „speichern“ Button rechts neben den Eingabemasken in den E-Mailvorlagen sind etwas klein und unscheinbar. Besonders ärgerlich war meine Erfahrung mit dem Button Designer. Als Laie war es mir nicht möglich, damit einen Button auf der Homepage zu integrieren. Meine Lösung war einfach direkt den Link der bei jedem erstellten Event leicht zu kopieren ist, einfach in einen WordPress Button einzufügen.
