One can easily integrate the app with Slack and Microsoft Teams, which enables teams to create surveys, polls, and quizzes in just clicks. One of the highlights of Polly is that it comes with intuitive design that makes it pretty easy for users at any level to create and take part in polls without a learning curve. The application offers real-time results to enable teams to make faster data-driven decisions. With integration capabilities, the collection of feedback will not be disruptive as members can give their response through the tools that they use each day. But on top of this, Polly allows for custom options, workflows that automate themselves, and a ton of detail analytics that are excellent for team internal feedback, employee engagement, or even planning an event. Yet, for free plan users, it is perhaps a little more restrictive compared to other applications. Pros It easily integrates with Slack and Microsoft Teams. There is real-time feedback and detail analytics. User-friendly interface, and lots of customization. Cons It only has basic features on its free plan. Advanced features need to be paid for. Pros I liked that it was an in-app add-on through MS Teams which made it really easy to integrate Cons I feel like a poll within Teams is perfect for Polly, however if you are using email to conduct a poll then most email providers now have a Poll option built in, so I feel like use is limited. It's similar to the LinkedIn polls feature but for Slack. Polly also has other functionality like, rating scales, custom questions, templates etc all designed to make life easy for surveys and engaging with your team. Loving how you're making use of different question types! We do offer the reminders feature. You can send reminders from within Slack through the /polly remind command. It will show the ongoing pollys, select the polly you want to send the reminder for & it will be sent instantly. If you want to setup an auto reminder schedule as part of polly creation then the polly will have to be created through the web app dashboard. Pros The fact that I can ask my colleagues opinion on various things, what they feel like eating for lunch, if anyone has time to work on a last minute bookings etc. and am able to receive their answers at one place. Cons The fact that we have limited responses per month. If all employees answer my polls, I can only use this tool twice a month.
