One can easily integrate the app with Slack and Microsoft Teams, which enables teams to create surveys, polls, and quizzes in just clicks. One of the highlights of Polly is that it comes with intuitive design that makes it pretty easy for users at any level to create and take part in polls without a learning curve. The application offers real-time results to enable teams to make faster data-driven decisions. With integration capabilities, the collection of feedback will not be disruptive as members can give their response through the tools that they use each day. But on top of this, Polly allows for custom options, workflows that automate themselves, and a ton of detail analytics that are excellent for team internal feedback, employee engagement, or even planning an event. Yet, for free plan users, it is perhaps a little more restrictive compared to other applications. Pros It easily integrates with Slack and Microsoft Teams. Option to allow anonymity or multiple votes. Integrates with Slack. Cons Polly is not cheap to set up for a company with 70-100 employees, we were looking at $5000. With a trial version, you're only given 25 free votes per month. Does not work for a company with more than 25 employees. Pricey for a survey/ feedback tool when there are other methods such as Google or Microsoft Forms which is a cheaper option as part of your operating systems package. Pros We love the trivia the most but wish more questions were added and would LOVE the ability to have custom trivia (I have heard this is on its way for a long time now). Cons During trivia, if multiple people are answering at the same time, it may not save one of their answers. Also, if someone votes on a survey multiple times it removes their vote but they often don't know it has been removed. I forget how easy and fun it is and will remember to use it more during the remote trainings and workshop - it's a great and fun tool for engagement and facilitating questions from participants. Pros I love how easily Polly functions in Teams, from icebreakers, surveys, and polls - Polly is aesthetically pleasing, easy to use, and user-friendly (for both participant and facilitator). Cons I am not sure. I know one time I signed up for the free trial and then got charged because the site wouldn't allow me to end the trial. But I reached out to customer service and it was handled within a day.
