These people are very good to work with as they follow up on everything in a very professional manner.They do what they say they can do !!

Pros

The fact that iMarq is so customizable could make this appeal to a broad range of customers.It is very easy to understand and very user friendly for even the most technically challenged or tentative individuals

Cons

We are using the product and have been in the process of integration with our current system which has been held up on our end. I have not had any negative experience with the system as the have been able to make every change we had requested up to this point.

Not a con but my team built our specific inspection from the ground up. There was no mock inspections to build from. It did not take long to build and roll out inspections.

Overall Experience is great, we have slowly been leaning more and more into iMarq as we continue to improve what our current products can do and discover and expand new and further uses of their product.

Pros

the flexibility and customer support is probably the best thing about this product. if something needs to be changed or added or reviewed, i can have confidence we can have that worked on inside 24-48 hours for the absolute most part. we have had things take longer, but only because what was being requested were big big changes or the issue was much deeper than we first realised.

Cons

I was not apart of the initial design of our first inventory system, but i have not been the hugest fan of the design we have,and the aesthetics of the site, but this could be due to decisions that were made before me to keep it as simple looking as possible.

Since we are still in the pilot phase of implementation, we have not had an opportunity to fully explore iMarq. However, even in this phase, its usability and configurability helped us fulfil user requests effectively.

Pros

The configurable user interface was easy to work with. The best feature of iMarq is it's superb online portal which allows an admin to setup new forms easily and also manage transaction logs.

Cons

We had a little difficulty in configuring the off-line mode initially. With several iterations, we were able to make our users happy.

Pros

Allowed us to move away from a paper based PM inspection program, saving around 6000 pieces of paper a year. Increases PM compliance as the tool removes human error from writing on paper.

Cons

Nothing so far. Product has been well received on the shop floor.

Really good experience so far. All requests/issues were resolved in timely manner. understood our needs and implemented as required

Flexibility to adopt. one click reports. can be filtered by categories, shows the location where inspections are completed at. can be formatted as our requirements

Cons

Filtering can be better by filtering the headers drop down and selecions.

Experience to date has been exceptional. Application performs as expected. Support from Connect has been exceptional.

Pros

The iMarq application has enabled field engineers to move from paper and pencil to using mobile devices, (smart phones or tablets) to gather asset and equipment information and condition at client work sites. Building data sets for integration with client computerized maintenance management systems is simple and efficient.

Pros

Ease of deployment to service staff of the organization including sub contractors. Geo location capabilities to help improve service on demand capabilities. Quick customization to help link relevant systems.

Cons

Out of the box dashboards would be helpful to drive for stakeholders in the organization.
