Pros This program is very easy to follow along to. It is well balanced between informational paragraphs, and short video examples. If paired with active note taking, this hits all major, different learning methods. From knowing nothing about being a sales professional, to taking these courses, I feel very prepared and ready to hit the sales floor. Cons Time is money, however every second spent on FriedmanU is worth it. The programs took me a little longer than the advertised time it would take. Review Source SS Stephanie S. Pros That courses and tracking of completion is all under one program. Cons Not the simplest to download a new course or even update the program without having to connect with support and time difference and response is delayed. Lots of "unknown" issues where support will need to take a look but no explanation as to why things happen, to prevent or how to troubleshoot on your own. Setting up course or understanding the program is not intuitive. The new courses that are part of Friedman's does not seem aligned with current times, referring to salespeople as he, him, etc some even still translated in Spanish vs English, the feedback was provided to our account rep. I realized how important it is to stay engaged and proactive, while also building trust with clients. The tools I’ve gained have not only boosted my sales and confidence, but they’ve also helped me develop stronger, more lasting relationships. I now feel more prepared to close deals and keep customers happy. Pros I really liked that I could start using the tools right away. I didn’t have to wait for some big “AHA!” moment at the end. Friedman U specifically has good user interface and is easy to navigate and understand. Pros I liked the example videos demonstrating sales techniques. Cons Sometimes the quizzes didn't feel fair sometimes, and I dislike questions that are along the lines of selecting "every correct answer" instead of a set multiple choice. Especially when some feel like trick questions. Also, sometimes the course would say I did not fully complete a course when I had, I think it is some sort of glitch with the site. No es una plataforma de solo capacitación sino que tambien puede ayudar en la generación de iniciativas que difundan, promuevan o retroalimenten a los colaboradores. Cons A raíz de la actualización de servidores en ocasiones llegamos a tener intermitencias. Son varias cosas que se pueden hacer en la plataforma y no las conozco al 100%, en nuesto caso se necesitaria una persona que solo vea los temas de la plataforma para sacarle el máximo provecho. Lo que nos brinda seguridad y confianza. Pros Como usuario es fácil de usar, los cursos que se pueden tomar van acorde a nuestro entorno comercial. Como administrador es una buena herramienta para evaluar a nuestros usuarios y medirlo con su desempeño en ventas; sin embargo creo que la plataforma puede ser más amigable para el administrador. Cons Creaciones de cursos y otras aplicaciones conlleva muchos clicks y la falta de un manual digital de la plataforma donde podamos consultar como hacer una tarea (creación de curos, inscripciones de usuario a los cursos, entre otras actividades).
