I appreciate the fact that it's easy to get started and the Jojka team is always available for assistance! Pros The Klaviyo integration is very smooth and helpful in daily work. It takes just a day to get up and running with smart segmented SMS marketing. Cons The reporting could be improved. Also, I sometimes need to log out and in again to be able to access the integrations. The feature that I like the most is using sms in marketing automation flows to communicate with customers in a smarter way.
