I previously had to create social media graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator and then export the graphics from those programs and import them into a social media scheduling program like Hootsuite. this process took a long time, but with Ocoya, I was able to cut this production time in half. Pros I discovered Ocoya on Appsumo and originally purchased it on a whim without totally understanding how many things it can do. I spent an afternoon experimenting with it and I was amazed at how fast I would create a great-looking Facebook Fan Page post, by choosing the graphic, using the AI program to write the copy, and then scheduling and posting it. It took less than 30 minutes. Cons I like everything with Ocoya, but there is one minor change that I hope with will add - The jubb.ly link shortener looks interesting, but I wish it was connected to the analytics section of Ocoya. I have resorted to posting reviews in order I get some kind of response from them and to stop other people wasting their money on this utter rubbish. Pros Not much to be honest. So much of the functionality doesn’t work. Lots of promises about new stuff coming out that is constantly delayed. But they can’t even get their current offering to work, so why worry about new releases….? Cons It is very glitchy. Sometimes my scheduled posts just don't get posted. Sometimes they post but with only half the caption. Some times they seem to post somewhere, as I can see in my notifications that someone has liked it, but the post doesn't appear in my grid? I am unable to edit any of the images in ocoya, everytime I try I just get their timer symbol going round in circles forever. If a scheduled post doesn't successful post, I am unable to edit it and repost it - I have to re write the post in full. I have emailed customer services but they have stopped replying to me and have offered no help at all. I’ve also tried their Facebook group but either they don’t approve my posts or if I comment on someone else’s post they ignore me.So I can’t get any help.I wouldn’t waste your money on this AI. January 21, 2022 5.0 I usually have a hard time doing marketing for my business. Having to use different tools in order to publish content for my pages. Then came this amazing app Ocoya, it has all the features that I needed! First, I can use VistaCreate inside of Ocoya and generate my content. Then using Travis.ai, it helps me generate the captions that I need to go along with the graphics. I can also schedule the time to upload it to my page. The only thing I can suggest is to make the analytics page more detailed and clean as possible. It will boost the user experience tremendously. But overall, it is a powerful tool. Pros What I like the best is having all the stuff that I need with regards to advertising my business. I have Travis.ai for Copywrite generations. Then VistaCreate and Canva are also available to generate my graphics, I don't have to leave the platform to do that. For my usecase, I manage multiple SMM clients at a time. FOr that reason, I need to be able to see how my different clients are doing. Instead, I see everyone's content at the same time. Also, the inability to do approvals makes this kind of annoying for my usecase as well. But, what did it in for me was the EXTREMELY flaky notifications that should (theoretically) let me know that content wasn't posted successfully. I didn't find out that content didn't get posted until after I got an upset phone call from my client. When I logged into Ocaya to check, I saw a red mark next to the post in question...but nothing else out of the blue, really. Reason for choosing Ocoya Offer on Apsumo that I wanted to try. I like the fact that Ocoya is not just a content creation tool. You can create content (like Canva), schedule the posts (like Buffer), write copy (AI copywriting) and measure results (with analytics). All under one roof, one program max save so much time and effort. Cons It currently doesn't have any mobile apps. Mobile apps will make my life much easier. I often have to do a lot of my Social Media content on the go when I’m out and about, so a Mobile App will make thing 1000 times easier and so much quicker. Pros Gone are the days of having to use several different platforms to create, manage, and track posts. Ocoya makes it easy with its AI copywriter and GPT-3 model that allows you to have access to projects and folders with a few clicks of your mouse. You'll also get valuable analytics like Virality Rate, Amplification Rate, Engagement Rate, Comment Conversion Rate and more. Plus you can find "actionable insights" about your most successful hashtags and optimum posting times. Cons There are no dislikes, and I'm looking forward to seeing where the program goes with more updates.
