We are already saving a lot of time and money on travels and equipment transportation as we are now able to present an identical and customizable 3D version of our products! Simply amazing. Pros The possibility to easily display our products online in 3D is a game changer for us. We're now able to do our product sales presentation and Maintenance trainings 100% online. We are not done using and pushing this platform to its limit! The Visao viewers integrate to our website as easily as a YouTube video, can't ask for a better experience. Cons To be honest the software is pretty advanced already and covers pretty much all our needs. We need a feature to better classify and manage all of our animations because we do have a lot of them, but they are already working on this solution. Very proactive company and developers! Pros The realism of our product and the customer support. The 3D model is almost a perfect replica of the real product. Visao's support throughout the entire process has been phenomenal. They respond quickly and they are always available to answer our questions or make any adjustments to the model. Cons The creation of the 3D model took a little bit of time before it was up to our quality standards. Reasons for choosing Visao Very good potential with the platform (product sales, product maintenance and operations) as well as the fact that they are a local Canadian company located in the Province of Québec. I have been pleased with all interactions and they are also great about meeting their timelines that are agreed upon. Pros This product is easy to use and share with our other sales channels. This software has brought more potential projects to life for our company. Cons I would like to see the loading improve, it takes up to 30 seconds to load our links. The other challenge is to show people we have to be connected to the internet. However, we go into manufacturing facilities that are either outside of a good internet range or the shell of the building impairs. If there was a way to access offline, that would be a huge improvement. We also use for trade shows, we do load at the beginning of the day and they work, but we're required to be connected all day. I would really like to start using more on our website, once there are improvements to the loading. L'accompagnement tout au long du processus, les rencontres de suivi et le souci du détail font d'eux un joueur de taille dans l'industrie et je les recommande fortement. Pros La possibilité pour notre clientèle de voir leur configuration de simulateur en 3D et de pouvoir utiliser la réalité augmentée pour projeter le simulateur dans leur pièce est un avantage incomparable. Il est plus facile d'être clair avec le client durant le processus de vente, ce qui améliore l'expérience client et le chance de « closer » la vente. Cons Le plus difficile a été de bien expliquer le produit pour qu'il soit adapté dans le logiciel le plus fidèlement possible. Une fois cet obstacle surmonté, le reste s'est très bien déroulé. Cons Le seul bout que personnellement j'aimerais est un outil simplifié pour permettre d'importer nous même nos modèles 3D. L'outil en place est pour les gens plus avertis. Cependant l'équipe de Visao est extrêmement coopérative et qualifiée. De plus, c'est probablement une préférence personnellement puisque j'aime bien pouvoir faire les choses par moi-même. Pour la très grande majorité des entreprises, le "clé en main" de Visao sera leur préférence.
