Pros They do a good job at helping ID areas of improvement. The system is relatively easy to use as well, and you can get up and running pretty easily. Cons As far as I am aware, they are missing an API connection, or when I've reached out for assistance to get an API connection I have been told they will work on getting that. Collecting this data in our data warehouse would be extremely helpful to automate my analysis and dashboards.
