I have had a great experience over the years. They have always been ready to help and make thing work. They have some great employees that know this system.

Pros

We have been using this software for many years and seen lots of updates in that time. We have had very few update problems and they are very fast to help fix any issues when they do happen. For a first timer on the system it is very over whelming but they have a great help center and once you get comfortable with the basics the back end become very easy to understand.

Cons

I do not have anything that I do not like about DealerVu. It is always a growing program that is evolving with time. I know when we started with the program it was not an easy transition. My only suggestion is to be patient and keep great records as I do not believe there is ever an easy transition from one program to another. I am sure that Dealer vu has gotten a lot better with this and knowing what things to watch for on a change over.

### "Mon meilleur ami..."

Je suis arrivé avec un entreprise sans aucun client en base de donné, seul un faible inventaire s'y trouvait. Après un mois seulement, nous pouvions fonctionner avec Dealervu sans trop de problèmes. Depuis nous en apprenons un peu plus chaque jour. Aujourd'hui, Dealervu est pour nous plus qu'un employé. Il sait tout! Enfin, tout ce que vous inscrivez et traité est facilement retraçable.

Pros

Dealervu est un outil fantastique pour un concessionnaire power sport comme moi. Tous nos départements sont reliés avec ce logiciel et permet de suivre toutes les étapes de vente de tous nos produits. Le logiciel est en constante évolution et de nouvelles fonctions, souvent très utiles sont ajoutés. Comme gestionnaire, tous les rapports sont faciles a consulter et permet une analyse rapide.

Cons

Il n'est pas donné à tous de se servir de Dealervu. Sans aucune connaissance de base ou contact avec l'informatique, l'apprentissage du logiciel sera ardu. Il faut beaucoup de pratique pour bien maitriser toute les subtilités possibles. Une bonne formation n'est pas un luxe.

### "Easy to use and straight forward."

DealerVU is the only software I've used for retail in a dealership setting. It seems great to me so I really can't complain about anything. If I had used different software beforehand I would surely give some comparisons. All the features are very useful and seem to have a thoughtful purpose.

Pros

Having never used this type of software before, I found it easy to use with zero prior knowledge. Many features allow me to do my job quickly and manage orders in any status during the sales process.

Cons

I'm sure there's something I wished was different at one point, but it probably wasn't too big of a deal since I can't think of anything at the moment. Either that, or the feature was added, changed, or just took some time for me to learn the software since it was brand new to me.

Pros

Le système se travaille bien, beaucoup de fonctions différentes ,mais certaines à améliorer.

Cons

#1)Lorsque l'on commande un article qui viens en paquet, IRMA sort simplement l'étiquette de client sans nous indiquer la quantité nécessaire pour cette facture. 2)Lorsque l'on fait un RETOUR sur un b.c. et met le statut à submitted, impossible de réouvrir le bon de commande par la suite. 3)Lorsque l'on met en commande plusieurs fois le même article (ex: 66000212 x 15) sur les facture de HARLEY ils se retrouvent souvent sur 15 lignes différentes, le scan fonctionne mais lors de la réception de la facture le système ne reconnait pas les 15, ça dit comme si on avait scanner seulement 1 et qu'il en resterait 14 à recevoir dans le bon de commande(qui vas rester à submitted , on doit donc aller mettre les 14 autres à adjusted) 4)Lorsque je génère la SOM certains articles suggérés n'y apparaissent pas . 5)il devrait avoir une fonction "annuler la dernière modification", car parfois nous sommes extrêment dans le jus et si on accroche un seul bouton qu'il ne fallais pas on ne peux plus rien faire (ex. fermer une facture à paid/charge on account sans le vouloir)Ça ne laisse pas grand place à l'erreur, surtout lorsque l'On forme des nouveaux employés. 6) Lorsque l'on met une pièce en CRÉDIT (retour) sur une facture ou un bon de travail elle devrait se remettre directement dans l'inventaire même si la dites factures n'est pas a PAID, au même titre que lorsque l'On charge une pièce elle se déduit de l'inventaire.

Hello Valery, #1 has been resolve a few years ago. #2 You are correct, it is impossible to reopen and this is normal, its an accounting related reason, let me know if you need help on this one. #3 This also has been fixed a long time ago. #4 This is usually cause because your parts are either set to NoStock or as exceptional part. #5 This is part of the workflow and users need to pay attention to their actions. Too many pop up or do you really, will make the user experience annoying with too many of these questions. #6 Let's agree to disagree on this one, a parts can't officially be in stock if the refund is not finalized.

Very easy to use. When we have had any issues DealerVu has been easy to contact and quick to resolve and help us find the best solution. Training mode is easy to use and great for troubleshooting. We have been able to customize it for our needs and have used it for 10+ years. We have linked to our other lead management system that helps make things easy! Has worked well for our needs

Cons

We have used for a long time, so I don't have much feedback here. People that have come from other RV dealerships have said this software is much easier to use than what they used at the larger dealerships that they came from.
