Cons Sometimes the dashboard can be wonky with classifying issues and closing out, but overall it is a huge upgrade from competitors and the last platform we used. Switched from [OneTrust](https://www.capterra.com/p/174564/OneTrust/) Cost and did not like their interface - very little reporting and dashboard was confusing. I do not have to go and check in the App if there are any reports logged in.
