That was not occasional since Procesio developers had this on their mind, to let it suitable and scalable for any complex problem. This approach makes it really unique compared to other platforms like Zapier. These tools are great but they are based on custom integrations, Procesio is by far more flexibile. Cons It has a learning curve and their pricing is not intuitive to understand but once you communicate with the founder and support, they give you all the info you need. Also I feel it is completely focused on Business and not for all users. I would like for ex. Freelancer Internet Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "The User-Friendly and Powerful Alternative to Zapier, Pabbly, and Make" September 5, 2024 5.0 I have been using Procesio for automating my tasks and I must day I really loves it! Not only can Procesio be used in automating internal business processes, it can also be use to automate stuffs like blogging, posting on social media and much more. Recently I have just completed an automation to auto create videos (comic news type) using Procesio together with other 3rd party tools like Aitable (database), leonardo ai(images and motion), Elevenlabs (voiceover) and json2video (combine everything into a video) and the automation works perfectly. The Canvas in Procesio is intuitive and flexible, allowing me to visualize and map my whole workflows out with ease unlike Zapier, Pabbly or even Make. Furthermore, the ability to choose to use coding in my workflow gives me the flexibility to tackle complex automation easily. I understand people who don't know how to code prefer platforms like Zapier, Pabbly and Make but with AI tools like Chatgpt, Claude nowadays, coding become much easier now. So, a tool like Procesio can offer you so much more with the ability and flexibility to use coding if you choose to. And if you face any issues, simply post your queries in the discord group and you will receive help in no time. The team are responsive and supportive and the members in there are also very helpful. Overall, I highly recommend Procesio for anyone looking to streamline their workflows and automate processes efficiently. Its ease of use, flexibility, and features make it an ideal choice for both beginners and advanced users. With its ability to automate workflows and reduce manual work, I hope to use it to optimize many business tasks once I master using it. Pros Procesio enables people to automate workflows, replacing manual work to increasing efficiency.I found the platform a bit overwhelming and complicated but I was able to create some automations and integrate different tools in the limited time I have used the software.There is a ton of features, integrations, and settings that make it look like you could do some amazing stuff with the software once you master it.They only charge for time you actually have automations running. Cons Like I said, its pretty complex software so some of the advanced features may require a level of technical expertise to take advantage of.The pricing for the full platform may be expensive for smaller businesses with limited budgetsWhile the user interface is usable pretty quickley, some users (like myself) may find it complex to use at first. Using it with every chance I have and it didn't disappoint so far. Pros For me, the main reason I'm using Procesio is that I automate business processes. This way, my team and I have fewer lower end tasks and we can focus on what's important. Their "for" loops and paralel decision tree is a life saver. Connect it with any tool on the market. Cons The only thing that I don't like is that for the moment, they only have connection to Microsoft SQL servers (MSSQL). All my infrastructure is on MYSQL. We don't need to save the processed results to Google Sheet or another platform then to retrieve them as a separate task. This is not achievable with most other automation platforms. It simplifies our logic and implementation, and reduces the requirement on our web portal. Pros Its API allows custom payloads as inputs to the processes you built, and returns the results as the API response. So besides automating the process, you can also create your own API and gets the processed result back to the caller instantly as a larger autonomous system. Cons The API key authorization is tricky and hard to troubleshoot. The tool is not that complicate to use and has great documentation making it relatively easy to use. Pros Procesio is a very good integration (IPAAS) tool with excellent documentation and ever evolving capabilities. Not just a Zap replacement but also a document management tool. Pros From my point of view the 2 big features are the Call API (very configurable) and Document designer.The platform is complex, for the normal business users that are not aware of API and how that works, it might be a long journey to master this tool."Call API" / "Webbooks" are powerful, as soon as you learn how to use them. Cons There are no specific connectors yet. No OAuth yet. Not so many tutorials, but a nice community that helps.Some pages in their documentation are empty.Also, no marketplace available.
