Overall experience is very good, we used to have frejun in my last organization and now i recommended it to my current organization and we are using it here.

Pros

It has a very good integration with different crm and click to call feature makes it the best as we are able to do more work in less time. Their cutomer support is too good quick resolutions are provided.

Cons

Sometimes the customer's are not able to hear because of the network issues but it eventually get sorted when a good wifi connection is there.

My team lead used to track our productivity which made it simpler to address any issues we faced during the course of work. Dailing through desktop is not general and it is very now till date. Made it easier to dail without using my mobile tapping. It was a wonderful experience overall and fun to use it instead of that little hesitation to work in the back of mind.

Cons

Nothing as such. I never experienced any gaps to point out the backlogs that frejun might contain. Excellent experience.

I had a positive experience using Frejun,Always thought of using this king of application as it keeps record and track of ppl connected with officially ,in a proper manner .

Pros

Easy of use,you just need to copy the number from the particular portal to paste and give a call straightaway.

Cons

As anyone calls back on the same number ,your phone will not give the identity of the person calling but would state frejun's number ,but on the software instead as a cover it has the name of the person that we would've saved earlier.

The most likely features of FreJun is - It records all the calls so if required we can listen all old data recording also and it is helpful in keeping track of all candidate contact numbers as well.

The least likely feature is sometimes its lagging and not able to make calls and also sometime we have to make calls multiple times when its not connecting properly.
