Sports clips are about timeliness. Our numbers are significantly better when we can report on the exciting things that happen within a short turn around time. Their customer service and support has been responsive and effective if we have issues and Grabyo's follow up on questions is informative. Pros Our ability to clip in real time and offer several employees access to the product is the most beneficial feature for us. The company's video distribution during our large events and even regular season events has enhanced our media value. Cons There are some workflow issues with the way campaigns are set up that I have already addressed with the support team. When you're working in a fast paced environment and you have to reset every time you start a new campaign, it's extra work.
