As an agency, we love the efficient and uncomplicated collaboration with the Yawave team. Together we can build the best solution for our customers.

Pros

Yawave is an outstanding software engineered in central Switzerland. We can create digital content easily and efficiently across channels and distribute it decentrally to the various social media channels. Via the specially developed interfaces, even to the website or the webshop.

Cons

The software really includes a lot of functions. We have some customers who use only a small fraction of it, because all content is primarily output to the website via the interface. For this reason, the content capture is considered rather complex compared to the actual CMS in these cases.

Die Software Suite von yawave bringt eine Vielzahl von Features mit, um Kunden zu binden und den Abverkauf zu steigern. Wir haben insbesondere das Feedback und Form Tool benutzt, um Kundenbewertungen einzuholen, auszuwerten und zu teilen. Das ging sehr einfach und effizient, ohne dass Programmierkenntnisse oder besonderes technisches Verständnis nötig waren.

Pros

Wertvolle Ergänzung für physische Shops und E-Commerce Shops, einfach und schnell einsetzbar. Gerade im Mittelstand können so schnell «PS auf die Strasse gebracht» werden.

Cons

Wer ein komplettes Shop-System sucht, ist bei yawave falsch. yawave ist ideal, um den Austausch von Händlern und Kunden zu steigern und bestehende Shops zu erweitern.

Ich habe yawave eingesetzt, um Menschen für eine Sache zu gewinnen. Einmal im A/B-Test bei einer politischen Kampagne in unserer Region. Die Gruppe, die yawave benutzt hat, hat mit grossem Abstand bei der Abstimmung gewonnen. Ein anderes Mal ging es darum, einen seltenen Rolls Royce (1931 Phanton II Barker Estate Wagon in Sonderausführung) zu finden. Davon gibt es nur zwei weltweit! Mit yawave und Schwarmintelligenz habe ich ihn ziemlich schnell gefunden, auf einer Farm in Australien. Yawave wurde mir für Empfehlungsmanagement empfohlen. Und ich empfehle es gern weiter!

Pros

Dashboard, gute UX, schnell einsetzbar, starker Kommunikationshebel im Content Hub.

Cons

Es gibt sehr viele Funktionen, von denen ich nur einen kleinen Teil verwendet habe, daher leichte Reizüberflutung.

Um Content und Community miteinander zu verbinden, empfehlen wir unseren Kunden yawave. Die Communication Suite liefert alles an Tools, um einfach Content zu erstellen, zu publizieren und zu teilen. Ausserdem bietet sie eine Vielzahl an Lösungen für den Aufbau von aktiven und treuen Communities. Zu den ersten Kunden von yawave gehörten grosse Schweizer Sportclubs, die ihre Fan Communities ausbauen wollten. Mittlerweile entdecken immer mehr Unternehmen das Umsatzpotenzial dahinter und nutzen yawave, um aus Kunden Fans zu machen.

Pros

Yawaves grosse Stärke ist neben der einfachen Integration und den vielen Schnittstellen die Fülle an Funktionen, die out of the box mitgeliefert werden. Dazu gehören ein Loyalty Programm, Kontakt- und Community Management und Sharing Tools. Damit können auch mittelständische Kunden mit kleinen Teams schnell Ihren Content teilen und Communities aufbauen. Der Einsatz von yawave im Ecommerce bietet die Möglichkeit, den eigenen Shop um Belohnungssysteme, Empfehlungen und Kundenbindungsprogramme zu ergänzen und so den Umsatz schnell, aber nachhaltig zu steigern.

Cons

Wir wünschen uns, das yawave bekannter wird und die Kunden uns aktiv darauf ansprechen. Im Moment sind noch Marketingaufwände unserseits notwendig. Wir sind aber durch die Einzigartigkeit des Produktes überzeugt, dass die Inbounds bald folgen.
