Pros Jobin.cloud is a revolutionary tool that is transforming the talent acquisition industry. It is a game changer that can help companies say goodbye to inefficient, old school ATS systems and even some of the new ones. This tool is a huge time saver that can streamline and automate all TA processes within one system, while reducing time-to-fill and enhancing the quality of talent in future TA pipelines. I highly recommend moving to this tool to ensure your team stays ahead of the competition and is first in line to hire the best and brightest for your organization. Cons The Jobin.cloud team is responsive to user feedback and has added new functionality to meet their needs. It’s exciting to see how the tool will continue to evolve in the future. Switched from [Workday HCM](https://www.capterra.com/p/66908/Workday-HCM/) The Workday Talent Acquisition Suite is anything but "AGILE". It has limited capabilities for candidate review and is very manual. You can click through each individual to review and disposition or download a pdf file of all the applications, review on one screen and disposition on a second screen to speed up the process, however, it still takes several hours to go through 50 candidates. Sourcing in the system does not exist. Candidates do go into a "Black Hole" after the requisition closes. A CRM system is recommended as a secondary tool for marketing, sourcing, screening, and notes storage to track potential candidates for future openings. Additionally, Workday provides a poor candidate experience when applying to a job, which led to loss of applicants and a higher rate of unfinished applications. Review Source CH Chris H. The support was quick when I needed it and it's pretty easy to use. Pros It allowed me to increase my outreach and build my network a lot quicker than I would have otherwise done. Led to me almost doubling my billings. Cons Sometimes had multiple messages go out to the same person but this was quickly fixed. The initial demo was geeky and straight to the point. I keep finding new features that I haven't seen before - all created to improve your workflow. Overall jobin is a very well thought out software and I am surprised how good it is. Hope it stays this way! Pros There are many ATS/CRM's on the market and all of them do the same. Yet none of them does what jobin.cloud does. Automating linkedin outreach has been fundamental in my business. Cons Some features are still under development and there were occasional errors with database - not a big deal. It's a still young software. Over the last 10 years, there is only one who not only met my expectations from the start and that is Jobin.cloud. What is even more impressive is that they are constantly exceeding my expectations. Pros We love everything about it. It is intuitive and easy to use. Their strong focus on privacy protection and compliance with privacy laws is extremely important in our industry. There are people working in the company who are fundamental for its development today. All of them were found using this tool. Pros Updatable database, Helps to create a profile of the person, with all his characteristics and personal details; It has a Kanban style CRM which is a very attractive way of working; The tool has an email campaign system; Sortable filters help you find the right people for the right jobs; Last but not least is the automation with LinkedIn that makes everything more attractive. Customer support is amazing which is really important, I send several emails per day and \[sensitive content hidden\] always replies in no time with full answers and instructions and some times he even send screenshots to make his tutorials even easier. In top of that their youtube channel has a lot of helpful tutorilas. Pros it is simple to use, it has all the features I need and not overloaded with tools and features I don't need and customer support is amazing Cons the UI could be better and I know they are working on many improvements since they take feedback very seriously. I have used Bullhorn products previously which have all the bells and whistles, but Jobin does everything we need it to do as we are growing our company. The best part for us is using it to source on Linkedin without the normal limitations. That has been game changer. Cons I think there are still functions missing that can be added over time. One thing I would love to be able to do is send emails to our clients through Jobin with our candidate presentations so it can all be tracked in one place. Its just that no body knows them as they haven't made aggressive marketing but get in now when no body knows about it and use to your edge. Pros I have tested atleast 20 linkedin and email automation tool. Jobin is far the best, so intuitive and had amazing features. Others boost about it but at execution they are not even 10%. Jobin is as smooth and user friendly at it can be. But most importantly I literally haven't seen a better customer service. I feel bad they have such an amazing customer service for so low paid subscription. Imagine that! Cons Ah the compaign reporting feature...
