Daher DSGVO konform, die Server stehen in Deutschland. Dokumente lassen sich vorab hochladen und gut bearbeiten. Die Teilnehmerliste lässt sich einfach erstellen und auch die Beiträge im Chat können sehr einfach gesichert werden. Die Kosten bei ecosero sind deutlich günstiger als bei den anderen Anbietern. Und dies bei gleichem Angebot. Cons Die Handhabung ist nicht ganz so intuitiv wie beim US-amerikanischen Giganten Zoom, aber dafür gibt es in puncto Datensicherheit keine Kompromisse. Pros Ecosero erfüllt alle meine Ansprüche (s. Bewertung), die ich an eine Videokonferenzplattform habe. Von einem qualitativ hochwertigen Kalender- und Verwaltungssystem, einer gleichbleibend guten Streaming und Tonqualität, bis hin zu den unterschiedlichen Zugangsmöglichkeiten der Kunden, per Telefon oder anderen digitalen Endgeräten. Am wichtigsten ist mir jedoch die Sicherheit und der schnell reagierende, hoch qualifizierte Support, der mich auch am Wochenende nicht im Stich lässt. Selbst Zusatzwünsche, wie Plugin für eine andere Software, werden zeitnah erfüllt. Cons Es bedarf einer gewissen Eingewöhnung, bis man alle Funktionen beherrscht. Zu Beginn haben wir Ecosero lediglich für Videokonferenzen (intern und extern) genutzt. Mittlerweile haben wir erkannt, wie viele Funktionen mit der Software möglich sind. Wir führen ganze Online-Messen mit dem Programm durch. Teilnehmende können digitale Veranstaltungen buchen, sich in diese einwählen und diese bewerten.
