Para nosotros es vital comunicarnor rápidamente con todos los clientes en caso de emergencia (por inundaciones, por ejemplo)

Muy sencillo de utilizar y ágil: facilita el contacto con los clientes en tiempo récord.

Estaría bien poder exportar, a excell por ejemplo, las agendas activas para poder cotejarlas, ver diferencias...

Hace años que utilizo esta plataforma para envíos de SMS y mi experiencia siempre ha sido muy buena. En estos años ha mejorado mucho la funcionalidad y la experiencia de usuario. Destacar que la atención de soporte es rápida y eficaz.

Pros

Es un software muy intuitivo y fácil de manejar. Tiene muchas opciones de envío y en todas explica paso a paso el procedimiento que debes seguir. Además, permite con facilidad hacer pruebas de envío. El proceso de carga, configuración de SMS y envío también es muy rápido. Sin duda es una herramienta que facilita este tipo de tareas.

Cons

Echo en falta informes de envío más detallados y con más filtros, ya que si quiero descargar un histórico, no hay muchas posibilidades de filtrar por clientes.

Pros

Tiene una API que se integra perfectamente con todas nuestras aplicaciones siendo esta de facil configuracion. Además el equipo de mensagia te integra siempre que les es posible nuevas funcionalidades a petición.

No permiten el envio de SMS certificados

Además de que tecnologicamente está muy bien diseñado, el equipo humano que hay detrás es fantástico y está siempre disponible para echarte una mano.

Pros

Lo abierto que es el sistema a la hora de permitirte interactuar con él mediante APIs de la misma manera en que lo harías a través de su interfaz.

Cons

Quizás la interfaz pueda mejorarse algo.

En mi caso me muevo más por la rama técnica de la plataforma, soy desarrolladora web, por lo que hago mucho uso de la API para integrarla en servicios personalizados. Pero también he manejado la plataforma web disponible para usar de manera gráfica las mismas funciones, la cual es fácil de entender para todos los públicos, en mi opinión. Cuando he tenido alguna duda o me ha surgido alguna dificultad, el servicio técnico ha atendido rápidamente mi petición, actualizando además la documentación de la API para uso general.

Pros

La posibilidad de abordar distintas formas de comunicación con el público, así como llevar una correcta trazabilidad de las funcionalidades ejecutadas. Tiene una API bien documentada y en constante expansión, lo cual hace muy sencillo integrar la plataforma en un amplio abanico de herramientas, ya sea en apps, páginas web o como parte de automatizaciones desde otras plataformas. El precio es asequible y recibes un feedback transparente sobre el consumo que vas realizando con cada petición, como por ejemplo: enviar SMS, emails, mensajes de voz, etc. Una funcionalidad que me parece muy interesante es la de diseñar y elegir cabeceras personalizadas para los SMS, pienso que aporta proximidad con el público y hace más fácil de identificar al remitente.

Cons

De momento no tenemos ninguna queja al respecto del producto o el servicio recibidos.
