### "Professional Upselling for Your Online Store"

Overall, we are very satisfied with the performance of the application and the results it has delivered. Despite the service being costly, I believe the added value it provides justifies the price.

Pros

Customization and Algorithm-Based Upselling. Truly beneficial for the majority of users helping them to find the additional products to buy. Best part obviosly is that Upsy boost's webshop conversion rates and average order values.

Cons

Some areas still need improvement, but Upsy is constantly evolving, and desired features will surely be included in future updates.

### "Getting better all the time! "

Pros

I really like the development of the product. The Upsy team takes customers' feedback into consideration and they are making the Shopping Helper better and better. And the focus is on end-customer activity so that conversion rate will increase - and that's the way it should be. The customer service is working really nicely and the Upsy Shopping Helper helps also our customer service a lot - we are saving time because we can guide our customers in other ways than only chatting to us. And when the Shopping Helper and our chat are integrated, it's a really nicely working combination. Thank you for your effort on helping e-commerce entrepreneurs and companies!

Cons

We didn't get enough efficiency in the early days. But now when Upsy has been improving a lot that makes a difference. It would be great to have more features on how to present products and categories in Shopping Helper and how to get the customer to engage with the Helper even more.

### " Big promises"

The application seemed promising during the sales meeting, but the promises didn’t meet expectations. Perhaps the app just wasn’t suited for our online store, but overall, the trial period left a very bad impression, which is why I cannot recommend it.

Pros

The sales pitch was good, and additionally, the developers were friendly.

Cons

We were disappointed with the trial period of the application. The analytics results were nowhere near the promises, and the data was practically unusable. The application felt unfinished, and the sales promises were met at less than a third. Upsy users' average purchases were weaker, and on top of that, the Widget wasn’t properly customizable. After the A/B testing, we were presented with data that didn’t match the online store’s sales at all. Additionally, customer service was poor, and the main priority seemed to be getting the customer’s money.

Very good and profitable product, which increased our sales over 10 %.

Pros

Easy and reliable deployment. Exceptional customer service. Upsy acts like an digital sales person in our web shop 24/7/365.

Cons

There are some minor statistics errors. I'd like to have some more options for customization.

The product shows promise, and I do appreciate the Upsy team's effort to integrate customer feedback into improving the Shopping Helper. There's a clear intention to boost conversion rates by focusing on end-customer activity, which is commendable, though the impact could be more pronounced. I especially like the most asked questions at check out.

Cons

However, we often resort to direct chats for more complex customer queries. The integration of the Shopping Helper with our chat system is beneficial, enhancing our customer service experience. While the service comes at a high cost, the value it adds is noticeable, justifying the expense to an extent. It's a solid product that has contributed to a some sales increase.

### "Easy to use"

Pros

The app was easy to install, pretty much everything was done by Upsy. We have used the Shopping Helper for about a month now and the early results look promising.

Cons

Price of the service is in higher end compared to many apps being offered in e.g. Shopify shop. However the Shopping helper seems sophisticated and comes with a service, which reduces our need to manually spend time was a deciding factor to us.
