### "An overall great system"

Our experience over the last couple of years working with Collabit has been a positive one. We have worked with them to develop a system that fits our needs and their dedicated support team have allowed us to roll the system out to our business efficiently. We look forward to our continued work with them.

Pros

Collabit has enabled us to streamline all our systems into one allowing more visibility over every department. We have the flexibility to structure the system to our needs whether it be by creating bespoke reports for our customers or generating multiple quote templates.

Cons

We don't have anything negative to say about the system as it is now working well for us.

Pros

The features I liked the most about collabit were its organised workflow structure and easy set up

Cons

One of the drawbacks that I had with Collabit was it’s difficulty to integrate with other pre-existing management softwares

### "Poor System, Poor Service."

I am writing to share my dissatisfaction with the Collabit Software we purchased in July, which has yet to function as promised. We signed up in good faith and paid £1,750.00 based on assurances from you that the system would meet our needs. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. The primary issues we are facing include: Initial training: Your training was unacceptable, the first training session went nowhere (it was like your staff were stalling to organise the system), the second call was two weeks later (again it was not showing us anything), the third call was two weeks later, I raised this immediately to let you know we did not have a year to plan the software, we were led to believe by you that the system was out of the box and working 98%, what came clear with the training that you were writing the software from scratch, this did not work for us, we did not have the time for this. Inability to Complete Invoices: The software consistently fails to allow us to generate invoices, each time we call customer support, no solution from customer support, message sent to you with no response. Non-functional Parts System: The parts management feature is inoperative, unable to search by part numbers and description is limited in size making it impossible to see correct part, This is causing further disruptions to our workflow. Ineffective Support: Our attempts to resolve these issues through your support team have been unproductive. The representatives we have spoken with seem unable to address the ongoing challenges we are facing. This is causing further disruptions to our workflow. Technicians unable to add parts: Our business is attending breakdown to machines with 100's of working parts, your system/workflow requires the assumption of parts to enable the engineer to add parts, otherwise the engineer is unable to select a part (from his van) and add to job. This is causing further disruptions to our workflow. Unable to add parts post inspection: Once the job is complete from the technician, we are unable to add parts to the job from the office. This is causing further disruptions to our workflow. Unable to search parts by part number: This was raised to your support team, and they confirmed this was how the system works, this was then denied by you. You or your support team is not competent with the system. This is causing further disruptions to our workflow. Supplier Invoices unable to add to system: Your workflow forces us to add supplier invoices to Collabit and then add again to Xero; this is not what we discussed. This is causing further disruptions to our workflow. Unable to mark invoices as paid: This was discussed at the sales point and now we are told this is not possible. This is causing further disruptions to our workflow. Inability to Complete Invoices: 4 months on and we still can't create an invoice, the last time we spoke to your support team they could not help, they passed the issue to you for resolve, and we had no response after 48 hours. This is causing further disruptions to our workflow. Setting up customers, repeat information multiple times: Your system forces us to add the same customer data four times, Customer-Site-Contact-Contract, this is not efficient and impractical due to the time it takes. This is causing further disruptions to our workflow. Workaround/default contracts: Adding contract manually to every job is a waste of time and does not work in any company, your system is outdated or poorly designed. This is causing further disruptions to our workflow. Unable to create a simple part invoice, Workaround via quote screen: This should take seconds to complete, customers and our staff cannot spend time duplicating data in the system. Nominal Quote issues: Each time we attempted an invoice we were met with issues, Nominal codes were never inputted correctly, along with suppliers and customers. Each time stopping the system from working.

Pros

Promised a system that works, this was not delivered. We are four months in and still have no working system.

Cons

Customer Service is poor, system is poor, slow to use. poor functionality. We are four months in and still have no working system.

My overall experience is positive the software has really helped streamline processes and the team are quick to respond to queries. It was hard work to set up but the team at Collabit really helped make it as painless as possible.

Pros

The amount of time I now save doing quotes and job reports using Collabit software has been a game changer for me.

Cons

You have to work hard on the set up but to be honest you expect that as the system does so much, it’s worth it.

Excellent

Pros

This system works well because you don't need any other software in your business. Got rid of all spreadsheets and long winded processes.

Cons

Not many cons. They develop very quickly so it means that anything missing is added within months.

Reason for choosing Collabit

Collabit is easier to use and can be customised a lot more. The other software packages force you to work in the way they have designed their systems. Collabit can change the forms, rules and work flows with ease for every different type of job. Very powerful.

Overall the experience we have with Collabit is good. If there is any training required or any day to day issues found Collabit Support are always happy to help and go through the system to rectify.

Pros

What we like mostly about the system is the following; having the ability to create and edit job categories within the system, the allocation system (resource planning) regarding the user friendly functionality to allocate and move jobs between engineers. We are starting to use the sales module now and find adding opportunities is very user friendly and once logged in the system the multiple ways to search and find opportunities. The function to track your quotes and sales figures in the system and produce a report.

Cons

Following feedback from staff the app functions for the engineers is not always the best and speed issues for the app and desktop users. With regards to the sales report the option to have more detailed and option to have different reports (YTD).

Pros

Training manuals available via the portal reducing time having to call the office for help and advice. Extremely user friendly.

Cons

Our company has not received bad service or had any disappointment with the portal to date - no negatives to report.

When the system was working well, it was smooth and easy and it help increase productivity and efficiency in work flow. It was easy to teach new starters because the system interface was user friendly.

Pros

Collabit gave the user a lot of capabilities of modifications to meet user requirements. It was easy for office staff as well as field service engineers to use.

Cons

The system off-line mode was temperamental. The system sync feature was using alot of data and without phone signal sometimes could not function at all. This was most annoying whilst in a basement with a client and not being able to complete a task.

Rather good to be honest. The support of the Collabit team is outstanding

Pros

Once the background of the system is set up to how you will use it, the system works really well.The Collabit support was outstanding with helping us build the system to how we need to use it.

Cons

It takes a bit of setting up and designing forms but, this is more to how you want the system. If you have some IT skill about you, you will be fine.Some of the teams calls was difficult but we asked for some classroom training and Collabit provided it. This helped a lot.

I have been using Collabit for the past few months, and I have had no problems with the platform. I am very happy with it and would recommend it to other people.

Pros

I like Collabit because I can easily share documents, chat and work on projects together with my team members no matter where they are located. All processes that were crucial for our business are automated.

Cons

At the moment, I don't see any disadvantages.

Overall the experience has been very positive and we fill the system will be a benefit to the company.

Pros

The system is user friendly which is great for new users and clients. The developers are very open and flexible with making the system bespoke including work templates, RAMS, quotes. The sale operations of the system helps track sales achieved and lost which is very helpful for tracking the sales and accounts team. The client portal is built really well, easy to use and provides risk management tracking.

Cons

There is a large set up. Once this is completed there is less work in the other areas of the system.

Reason for choosing Collabit

Collabit where very open to being flexible with creating the system to suite the company practices.

Pros

The customer service team is exceptional. They have been very helpful with the implementation of the software

Cons

There is not enough reporting functionality. Ie printout of what has been invoiced each month etc

overall collabit has been a positive forward step for the company, and start up glitches are expected. Everyone is taking to it well.

Pros

Ease to use, remotely able to use even when signal on phones are down. Ease of flow through the process of completing jobs.

Cons

Software glitches seem to happen a lot especially the more we use it. Downloading of jobs can take a while to come through to our engineers.

Being able to see site information/booking in/ etc

Cons

It would be good if automatically recurring contracts renewed by themselves instead of admin having to renew manually. When updating information, the system can be slow to show the changes & I quite often have to refresh the screen as I get error messages quite a lot.
