Trotzdem braucht es natürlich noch gewissen funktionale Erweiterungen und eine weiter Öffnung einzelner Schnittstellen zu diversen am Markt gefragten "Sub- und Stammdaten führenden Systeme" der Immobilienbranche. (z.B. ESG, Buchhaltungs-, Reporting und BI-Systeme)Diese oben genannten Erweiterungen des Leistungsumfangs von CloudBrixx, wurden in einem PoC (Proof of Concept) unter Beteiligung der HIH/IRS-Fachbereiche mit CloudBrixx gemeinsam erarbeitet und befindet sich nun in der Phasenweisen Umsetzung. CloudBrixx wird operativ nun bereits seit zwei Jahren für die technische Bewirtschaftung von Immobilien der HIH-Gruppe genutzt und dies bereits sehr erfolgreich und zielführend.Bis Ende 2023 werden sämtliche Fonds der HIH, von iX-Haus Plus nach CloudBrixx migriert sein.
