There's always the problem with technology for events that are not held regularly. Edenkit has helped me a lot in this. Was able to quickly create and implement awareness and engagement tools for the event. At the end we got detailed information which helped us find new insights.

We were looking for an event platform that offered an easy-to-use mobile app, registration and website for our conference. Edenkit fit us perfectly, and its staff guided us every step of the way. When we had an urgent change before the event (change of speaker and session title) we easily updated all the information and notified the participants. We also saved costs by transferring everything to a digital format. Our team was satisfied.

Pros

Good product, good team. Wonderful experience with Edenkit.

Cons

There were a few things we could have done differently, but it all doesn't affect the overall experience.

I want to highlight the mobile app - really useful. In my opinion, this is what the event app should work. Ultimately, the event app is no different from downloaded from the App Store or Google Play, only now I do not have a headache with certificates and approves. Even people with limited technical knowledge (like me) can easily handle the platform. Try it! I’m sure you’ll be as happy as I am!

Pros

Incredibly user-friendly and easy to use on events. Helped significantly reduce the amount of working hours.

Cons

I would suggest adding more customization options for mobile app

This is a cool app that I recently found at a developer's conference. I actually loved how easy it was to use and all the features. It's so convenient, I can just chat via chatbot. Plus, it's really easy to install.

Pros

It's convenient, you always have the information you need at your fingertips.

I often attend events and therefore have something to compare it with. For myself, I identified both strengths and weaknesses. The strengths are design, navigation, information structure, notifications. Weaknesses are integration with third-party applications

Pros

Overall, it's a very useful application.

I lacked features in networking. Such as syncing with my address book and calendar

I don’t enjoy installing one-off apps on my phone. Edenkit allowed me to do that. It didn’t make any difference whether the app was installed or not. Notifications, networking, and all the other functions worked great with chatbots.

Pros

Chatbots are very handy. All notifications in one messenger, which I use daily.

Cons

It would be great if you added reminders to the schedule.

After the pandemic, event attendees got used to different digital solutions and engagement tools, and we had to rethink some of our processes, too. Tried Edenkit for our small meetings of up to 100 people. I liked the fact that I could set up the entire event on my own. It’s also easy to update as it immediately published the content on the website and mobile app and it saves a huge amount of time.

Pros

The ability to opt-out of printing all of our information. Sometimes there are so many updates, edits, and recent changes at events that it's tedious to print and send them out. With the app, I can update all the information in the documents right on the spot.

Cons

I do not have any complaints to list for this software at this time.

Edenkit is easy to use for attendees and event organizers alike. We've finally digitized our internal meetings and many have appreciated the ability to have an app with all the information they need on their phone instead of a paper agenda.

Pros

It allowed a new way to engage the participants long after the meeting was over. Which increased the effectiveness of these meetings.

There's nothing I dislike about it so far.

\- More functionality can be added to the chat - The search works well, what was missing was recommendations for networking based on common interests.

Pros

There was an experience of participating in a conference where the Edenkit mobile app was used. After installing the app (btw, the installation is non-standard - directly from the event site), there were several chatbots to choose from. I chose messenger. It was interesting that all notifications come to the chatbot and remain as an event log. At the event, I could even reply to private messages directly from the chatbot!

Cons

\- Connection schedule-speaker-map (which was really interactive and informative) - Notifications that can be viewed at any time and are not lost like push notifications - I can fill out as much personal information in the app as I want

Highly recommend. Our goals were to promote the event and keep visitors informed. We wanted to find an affordable solution with the right features. Edenkit was a perfect fit. We used event promotion, registration and mobile app the annual meeting. Everything was great. We have received good feedback from the visitors about our event, and this is the most important thing.

Pros

That’s a brilliant solution. Satisfied all our needs for a reasonable price. The tech support guys responded quickly and helped us set everything up.

Cons

At first, it was strange to install a mobile app without an app store. As a result, I was worried in vain, and everyone figured it out quickly.
