I wish that they did the fixing of things maybe after an average work day like 8am-5pm. Sometimes when they are updating or fixing things it adds a lot of extra time to the task that we are already doing. Pros I like that everything is included within one app. That way we don't have to do multiple things on multiple places at one time. Pros The alvys is a good software that provides safe and secure paperwork to the correct cx with an updated automatic email address. We can share many invoices at the same time and also select the correct document automatically while sharing the invoices. It works overall and I really hate the idea of moving to another platform as it's always a pain to migrate, but my frustration over the last year has only grown. Pros Driver interface is still simple and clear to operate. Billing is still mostly working well, and dispatch processes still work, though upload times are lagging in 2026. Cons Responsiveness to issues. Communication issues would be our number one complaint. We have some serious concerns that we need to have addressed, and we were literally told "That's not a priority for us" regarding carrier pay issues in the system. Lots of focus on UI, but these rollouts often cause issues with the actual functionality of the platform. At a time when we are experiencing a lot of problems, suddenly every CSM I've had is no longer available. I assume they no longer work there, but no one communicated with us on this or told us who our new CSM would be. There's also a marked increase in upload times for Rate Confirmations, and data is often incomplete or inaccurate, leading to much more data entry labor for our dispatchers. The savings on data entry labor was one of their biggest selling points, but we are doing most of this labor again, and there are significant delays on this functionality, which is obviously less than ideal in a fast-paced industry like transportation. Their intense focus on UI (fonts, layout, etc) has caused our staff to continually re-learn layouts and processes, which also causes inefficiencies in their workflow and leads to user frustration. The support is great. The reporting feature is great overall except for some of the advanced reporting analysis that I do. Overall, the software is packed with features and they have a superb support team. Pros User Friendly - I find it very easy to navigate across the software. Shortcuts - The shortcuts are a very nice feature and make the platform easily accessible Totals - There is something which I keenly like is the totals row at the end of each data table. This feature aids in decision making. Integrations - There are so many integrations that are available, and APIs as well Support - The support team is awesome. \[sensitive content hidden\] have always been very active and responsive and helpful in taking care of the issues I bring to them. Cons Slow - What I've seen over the days as the business grew, the data is increasing and the software is taking more time to load the pages. Report - There are some things that are not that easy to find, like if we want to pull out a report for drivers for a month, and I need to the see the settlements that were processed & which and how many loads were processed in that time frame Ticket resolution takes time. Pros Alvys TMS has proven to be a game changer for me. It has greatly simplified things by consolidating multiple activities onto a single platform. Its automation has helped me handle jobs more efficiently, minimise costs, and reduce manual workload. The Driver Mobile App is fantastic, and the third-party connectors and AI automation are really beneficial. What I especially appreciate is how simple it was to get started, with no long-term commitments required—it's quite user-friendly. Cons Not getting proper settlement results, no proper dedcution reports. Not able to track drivers with their company ID. I do appreciate being able to scan in information and save those receipts on Alvys. It's moderately easy to use, though I do wish there were a few more options in layout and ability to look up certain information easily. Pros I like having the quick pull down list when putting in accessorials. Cons When broker's we have put on the "do not use" list are then given another account without direct permission. Several oversights on linehaul amounts or order numbers being entered incorrectly causing our customers not to pay us in a timely manner.
