The platform is user-friendly, engaging for supporters, and helpful for managing our campaigns. Pros I appreciated how intuitive the Pledge It platform was for both staff and supporters. It made managing campaigns straightforward and created a seamless experience for donors. " November 4, 2022 5.0 Pros I liked that this was user friendly and easy to set-up. The reporting was very straight forward and collected all the information that was needed. I also loved that those who created a pledge knew when they were going to be billed. The reminder emails were also great for the golfers reminding them to close their page. She responds promptly and makes everything run smoothly. Pros We have been using Pledge It for many years now and it's our only fundraising method. It is so easy as \[sensitive content hidden\] sets everything up and our players follow the instructions. The ease at which the whole campaign runs is the best part. We wouldn't use any other fundraiser, and I have shared Pledge It with other organizations in and outside our school. Cons I really don't have any complaints, nor can I think of any real cons. We raised more than $40,000 with no hassles and at a very low cost. Love it! I have been running peer to peer fundraisers on multiple platforms for more than 10 years - and this is simply the best I have found. I strongly recommend it to non-profits for its ease of use, reliability. and spectacular campaign and tech support. It is a great platform and a terrific team. Loved how simple it was for participants to sign up, great to pull reports on fundraisers, loved being able to send emails out through the platform. Excited to use this again for our next event. Cons Would love to be able to include an embedded video and picture in the email. Would also be great to have a pop up window right after people register with next steps. June 17, 2022 5.0 We love the PledgeIt platform and model. The customer support can't be beaten and we enjoy working with the team to help us maximize the platform and our fundraising goals. We are a small non-profit with unique fundraising challenges and the PledgeIt team has helped us to tailor the platform to meet our needs when others could not. We have tried several other platforms before finding PledgeIt and we have been happy ever since. Couldn't recommend this platform and team more. Pros The ease of set-up and user functionality. It allows our non-profit to easily count multiple metrics at the same time eg: dollars and steps. Reports are easy to pull and segment. Cons We would love to see more fitness app integrations. Reason for choosing Pledge It PledgeIT had superior customer service and the platform was more user-friendly for our donors. All of my questions were answered quickly during the initial setup phase and then throughout the following months during registration and fundraising. Cons Does any system do exactly what you need it to do in exactly the way you want? It gave us a lot of options and flexibility to produce the style of event we wants, with evolving ideas to improve fundraiser and donor engagement. The exceptional value of the product, combined with its high level of quality and functionality made it an easy, common-sense choice for our nonprofit to use. Cons There were no real "cons" just some minor challenges we needed to overcome with unique solutions and workarounds. But everything we needed was addressed quickly and correctly to give us an ideal user experience. Reason for choosing Pledge It The other products we considered were very expensive and offered far fewer features than Pledge It. Not only the system is super easy to use but the team and customer service is great. We found them quick and efficient. They are also willing to take the time to understand your organization, your needs, and brainstorm with you. Pros PledgeIt is super easy to use. The set is fast and intuitive and there are many functionalities available. We did a peer-to-peer fundraising campaign, and it was a great success. Registering fundraisers was smooth and they found the software easy to use. The software did everything we needed and with no additional costs to our organization which is a big plus compared to others. It is also much easier to use than GoFundMe and the payments are made regularly instead of at the end of the campaign. Cons Maybe an integration with WhatsApp and the ability to create a video from the fundraiser page instead of uploading a pre-recorded video or bringing it from social. Reason for choosing Pledge It It is cheaper for not-profit. It is easier to use. The interface is more modern and attractive for both donors and fundraisers. Most importantly, Pledge It has no fees which makes it even more valuable for nonprofit organizations. On a personal level, working with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] was truly wonderful and fun! He offered so many great ideas and his "office" door was always open for questions and help. Looking forward to working with Pledge It on our next fundraising event. Pros Ease of use. Ability to create different layouts, categories, offers a more personal site for the user. Reminder features, email templates for donation, welcome, thank you, etc. Cons Would have to go to each fundraiser's page to remove "featured" activities, instead of on the "featured" layout. No photo attachment when emailing groups. Cannot email to an individual fundraiser or donator.
