Performedia has worked to customize this player to continue to adapt and change and add new features so that our events always feel fresh and new. We were able to produce several virtual events in a very short time period, which would not have been possible without Performedia's assistance. Pros The platform is easy to set-up with the development team at Performedia. Cons There have been numerous improvements Performedia has made to the platform. There are a few minor things that can be done to continue improvement such as how the chat box appears on the platform and whether it can stay open statically versus "opening it."
