I have been using it since June, 2024. I met it during the hectic paper assignment. It made everything much easier.

Pros

Everything is so fast that you can enjoy your writing while Transkriptor transcribes your data for you.

Cons

Of course the minutes for transcription are not enough... Never enough:)

It is a really good transcriptor, and I think I would suggest it to every person who will need something similar.

Pros

It's fast and efficient, I used it to transcript before - even with the free version - and the quality is top tier.

Cons

With the free trial, I had the English language but I'm from Italy and the audio file was in Italian. The transcriptor translated it in English, so it was a bit hard to translate back! Although, the translation in English was reaaaally good.

### "Unacceptable accuracy of the transcription"

As a paying subscriber, I am beyond frustrated with the consistently deplorable quality and utterly unacceptable accuracy of the transcription services, particularly for recordings in Brazilian Portuguese. This is, without question, the worst transcription application I have ever used. Despite numerous attempts to use the application, the transcription results have been nothing short of deplorable, riddled with persistent errors and inaccuracies that render the service entirely unusable for my needs. Frankly, the application has failed miserably to deliver the performance promised in your advertising, falling far short of any reasonable expectations.

Pros

Unfortunately, there's nothing that can be considered a good thing. The transcription is terrible.

Cons

I feel cheated because I paid it, but the refund time is too short (only 7 days). This is, without question, the worst transcription application I have ever used.

Transkriptor offers convenient and efficient transcript creation, while Meetingtor provides a helpful alternative for recording Zoom meetings by integrating with your calendar. The flexibility to enable or disable calendar-based recording events is particularly useful.

Cons

Transkriptor has difficulty accurately identifying and distinguishing between multiple speakers in meetings. Meetingtor's recording function can be inconsistent, occasionally experiencing technical glitches.

In the overall i think there are other apps that have more features for less price.

Pros

I used to like the AI, after every meeting the AI generates de hotkeys, a general resume, and now, you have to ask for it. This feature used to help to be more efficient.

Cons

Improve the dashboard, in order to have every thing there in only one view. Improve to have preselected AI prompts, and a list of people to send after the meeting.
