Era importante para nosotros que no se perdieran datos de los albaranes y recibos importantes y además hemos reducido el tiempo que invertíamos en trabajo manual.

Lo mejor de esta herramienta es que procesa al 100 % todos los datos que necesitamos, sin fallos.

Hemos reducido al mínimo el tiempo que empleamos en gestionar facturas y albaranes en nuestra empresa, además no percibimos error alguno en los documentos gestionados.

Pros

El software capta todos los campos requeridos sin fallos.

Cons

El proceso de integración no es instantáneo, pero en cuestión de 30 segundos los datos quedan extraídos.

Buscábamos una solución ágil en la gestión de facturas y encontramos Parsedoc. Nos gusta la facilidad de implementación de la herramienta y su facilidad de uso. Hemos conseguido ahorrar mucho tiempo, que antes suponía un gran coste y hemos conseguido que no existan errores en la transferencia de datos.

Hemos ahorrado mucho tiempo en gestión de facturas y conseguido que no hayan errores en la transferencia de datos.

Cons

Todo está perfecto, no hay nada que destacar.

Trabajamos con muchos documentos como facturas de los que tenemos que extraer información para introducirla en distintas plataformas. El sistema se ha integrado con las principales plataformas con las que trabajamos habitualmente. Nos ha ayudado mucho a reducir la carga de trabajo en la gestión de la documentación.

Pros

Destacaría dos aspectos:- Usabilidad: el interfaz es muy intuitivo.- Versatilidad: se ha integrado con distintos sistemas con los que trabajamos.

Cons

Por el momento, estamos satisfechos con el funcionamiento y no hay ningún problema reseñable.

Gracias a Parsedoc, hemos conseguido reducir el tiempo de procesado de documentación (principalmente facturas) de forma muy significativa, automatizando la introducción de los datos en las plataformas de gestión habituales para nosotros.

Ha conseguido reducir en gran medida el tiempo de gestión de los documentos. La integración ha sido rápida y sencilla

Cons

Fue necesaria una integración con los sistemas existentes, aunque se hizo en menos de un minuto.

Estuvimos analizando diferentes softwares de OCR y al final elegimos Parsedoc por su modalidad de OCR+RPA para facilitar la obtención de los documentos de nuestro Outlook. Una vez hecha la integración comenzamos a usarlo y todo funciona perfecto. Muy recomendable

Pros

La posibilidad de integrar RPA con el OCR, la rapidez de lectura y procesamiento de los datos, facilidad de integración por API

Cons

Ningun aspecto en especifico. No tuvimos la necesidad de integrar este tipo de producto con muchos sistemas adyacentes. Sin embargo, de cara a futuro podria ser necesario desarrollar las APIs necesarias para poder integrarlo en distintos procesos y asi asegurar una correcta automatización.

Empezamos a usar Parsedoc por recomendación de otra empresa y estamos muy satisfechos con el funcionamiento y los resultados del software. Agiliza mucho la gestión documental de la empresa

Personalización y adaptación de la herramienta a nuestros procesos internos, facilidad de comunicación con el equipo técnico.

Cons

La integración inicial significa que no se puede comenzar a usar la herramienta nada más contratarla, pero gracias a ello pudimos adaptar el proceso a nuestras necesidades

La sencillez de la herramienta facilita mucho el uso de la misma. Hemos conseguido automatizar un proceso que era muy tedioso para los trabajadores de la empresa y que no aportaba valor.

Hemos elegido la modalidad de Full Outsoucing de Parsedoc porque nos permite automatizar al 100% el proceso de lectura de documentos de la empresa y así nosotros podemos dedicarnos a otras tareas. Automatizar la introducción manual de datos es el futuro de las empresas.

Nuestra experiencia usando el software está siendo muy buena. Además nosotros no hemos tenido que entrenar los modelos de OCR como nos ocurrió con el producto que usábamos antes, ya que esto lo realiza el equipo de Parsedoc. ¡Muy contentos!

Pros

El OCR es capaz de leer y digitalizar todas las facturas que recibimos en la empresa sin necesidad de asistencia humana.

Cons

Si tuviera que decir alguna pega, quizá la interfaz es estéticamente muy simple aunque es bastante rápida.
