The engineers really take the feed back you provide in to count and work on updating the system based on the feed back to meet the company's needs. Cons There are still updates that the engineering team is working on providing related to our company's needs, however they have worked with our internal team really well and try to understand our needs and custom fits our5 needs in to the software. Financial Systems Analyst Real Estate Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Phenomenal AP Prediction Tool from a team that Cares about their Product" December 15, 2022 5.0 Our AP team had serious issues when it came to organization, processing speed, and retention. Employees were unhappy of doing repetitive tasks day in and day out with no end in site. PredictAP has not only significantly reduced the amount of hours AP has to spend coding each invoice, but has make their jobs much more dynamic, where now their job is more investigation to make sure invoices are billed correctly and they are being paid on time. IT has tremendously improved our team retention and processing speed. Pros Seamless implementation, constant development and improvement, quick customer service, and listens to the needs and wants of their customers.Predictions save countless number of hours, which has increased our processing speed while reducing the amount of staff needed to do tedious repetitive tasks.It's refreshing to work with a team that cares so much about their product, and will go above and beyond to make sure that it satisfies exactly what your company is looking for. Cons Many features are still in development and are planned for the future. The team is working extremely hard in getting all features to meet quality standards, but the software is still relatively new. PredictAP had members that truly understood the backend code of their app and were willing to work with us to make sure the app fit what we were looking for. The code was easier to use, had a great growth path, and the team behind it is amazing. Over the year that we've used it they have continued to re-assure us that we made the correct decision by developing better features, improving predictions, and always being available for any issues we might come across. We have weekly meetings and our concerns are always addressed or at least discussed. The onboarding and training was really easy. The system is very user friendly. Pros As a leader in the Company I am always looking for ways to increase productivity and eliminating manual work. This product achieves both of those goals and giving my staff more time to analyze data instead of data entry. Cons We do have a lot of vendors who send us large packages of invoices that have to be broken up which Predict AP can't assist with. I tried two other AP solutions that both fell flat on their face. Nothing was working in our complex environment. PredictAP gives me more visibility into our workflows, what we have waiting to be published to our system, and more continuity of data. My accountants are reclassing invoices less, my property managers are coding invoices less, and I can see more of the invoice pipeline than ever before. Pros \- a very uninvolved implementation- continuous learning improves over time- less changes are made to the AP after publishing to the accounting software (Yardi)- the customer service is stellar- the engineers listen and respond to requests for modifications Cons They are still working on making the software more end-user friendly. Implementation was surprisingly easy and integration with our AP/GL system was basically plug and play. The interface is clean and easy to navigate and automated features minimize human error and save time. Overall, PredictAP has delivered on their product 100%. Pros From an administrators perspective, the system was incredibly easy to setup and start using. Connectivity with our AP/GL system was seamless. Cons Our original concern was with a lack of connectivity with Docusign and automated email processing, however both of those features have since been implemented. It's great at reading invoices and matching against past history to stay consistent in the accounting and data entry of each invoice. The cost benefit of this software helps with keeping the cost of employees down along with taking away the mundane steps of AP to handle other projects. The development team has been great at customizing for our rules and needs Cons With any OCR system or software in general, there can always be improvement to meet present needs. The system learns quickly to assist with filed population and the information is easily transferred to our Yardi system for the PayScan workflow process to begin. Pros The ease of adding the invoices and having the fields self populate. With a large volume of invoices that we need to process, it predicts the transactions based on previous invoices and populate the information for us. We only need to review an update if needed. Cons Although there were some issues/limited in the progress, the supporting team is very helpful in fixing and updating the software.
