The pricing was also great compared with other competitors in the market. The support from the team is awesome, I used the live chat option on the Certopus dashboard and the replies were super fast. Got my queries resolved within minutes. Cons The documentation is in the process as the product is in the early stage, and not many ready documentations are available, but the live chat is there through which you can chat and get your queries resolved. Our experience with Certopus has been very positive so far. It's not only met all our needs but also offers significant cost savings on white label solution and provide veriety of options for customization of email services and integration with our website through Make. Pros There are a couple of key reasons why we chose Certopus. The first one is that they offer the most affordable white label solution compared to other services (e.g. Certifier, Accredible). Another reason is their integrations, specifically with Make, which is used in our company. The third reason is the custom SMTP server, which allows us to be fully in charge of email delivery. Cons So far, my experience with Certopus has been positive. I was having some issues with variables, but the support team solved the issue within minutes. Because of that, I just recommended adding a hint for using variables according to the guidelines. I love a software have a fast response human customer support, and this tools provide this. Pros Certopus provide profesional certificate with flexible white label options, cool looking design, and good customer service support. At first I think certification things is unecessary, but after take another look with what certopus can do and try to make some certificate, I know this is a must have tools if you serious in education learning. Cons Sometime software bit slow i guess, the template not quite a lot but at least all the design is still good enough. Cons Well, nothing in particular, if anything I’d ask for a better UI/UX, and expected integration simile to accredible. The Certopus portal promotes sharing credentials on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter, boosting our brand awareness. Pros Certopus has streamlined our training company's administration and certificate issuance, saving time and money. Its flexible system allows for the creation of various digital certificates using templates and placeholders for text and images. The user-friendly interface is complemented by exceptional service support. Cons There is nothing I dislike about Certopus. It really has exceeded my expectations. Perhaps the ability to organise events into folders might be useful in the future. Pros The possibility to issue beautiful and unique certificates or diplomas to your trainees or students easily ad quickly. These are verifiables online with a simple QR code.
