We were trained well; our doubts & issues were duly resolved. It made the transition for us smooth. We are using Risk Hawk as a tool for our ERM process. It has already curtailed down our manual work. It starts to trigger a pop-up notification when our submissions are due. It is user-friendly, helps us in compliance activity submission to the RBI. We can now even keep track of other departments, sub-departments that went under the radar. We are now able to more meticulously seek through an issue to reach its root cause. Cons The dashboard reports do not show data that is relevant to our users and they are quite dated and we cannot customise the risk register which is a feature that most clients want (eg hiding irrelevant columns within a register). Our platform is based on low/ zero code so this is really quick and can be requested from our support team. Also, the risk register is actually configurable by end users and you can hide the irrelevant columns. Only a few select mandatory columns cannot be hidden, rest can be easily hidden.
