Gosto muito. Atendimento muito rapido. Nunca ficou fora do ar.

So acho que deveria ter uma forma de juntar automaticamente pesquisas parecidas com a informaçao de onde vem. Dificil, mas seria top. Principalmente quando temos pesquisas como Qr code alocadas em diversas unidades. Da muito trabalho para gerar um relatório unico identificando o local

Utilizei a ferramenta para clientes dos mais diversos segmentos e posso dizer que foi sucesso em 100% das aplicações. A liberdade do cliente ter acesso ao dashboard para análise individual de seus resultados e o sigilo das informações tratadas no processo, garantiu a segurança que precisávamos para utilizar o Opinaê. O melhor de tudo foi a satisfação do cliente em observar o benefício que estava recebendo, pelo valor que estava pagando. Supre recomendo!!

Pros

Uma ferramenta muito prática e intuitiva para desenvolver os conteúdos das pesquisas. Basta criatividade e bom gosto para produzir uma experiência bem atraente ao usuário final. O portal/dashboard é um espetáculo a parte, pois com uma navegação amigável e intuitiva, você consegue visualizar e extrair as informações de forma simples e objetiva.

Não tenho nenhum quesito que me desagradou.
