Cons

they cancelled my personal account for no reason, then said I needed to use a "work" account.

Great product, easy to use and solved our needs in a way that required minimal internal support to begin using.

Pros

Super easy to set up. My team was able to begin using the tool immediately within 5 minutes of setting up to help manage our customer support channels. It was also a less expensive solution than many other tools out there which was a huge help. We also were able to customize the branding and settings to meet our use case.

Cons

No major cons just that certain features are unavailable unless you move to a higher pricing tier. I also think that it would be better if more of the bots could be connected to dynamic data sources but those are enhancements that should come with time.

Reasons for choosing My AskAI

The price and the fact that My AskAI looked more professional than some of these alternatives.

Pros

It was easy to setup and use. I was able to dive right in.

Cons

It wasn't necessarily as "smart" as I needed it to be. I wanted to build a chatbot for my own research and the answers it provided were very basic and not super helpful. I was researching a complicated subject though so I am thinking this is perfect for websites and consumer/customer questions.

Fabulous - I highly recommend this service and the technology, it's been a game changer for our site!

Pros

Absolutely simple to set up and apply to our site. Has provided an incredible resource for our readers to help them find what they're looking for quickly. For us, it provides a window into the minds of readers to show us exactly what information they need, as well as, what information we need to cover.

Cons

We had a few snafus at the beginning with crawling our site - but customer service was phenomenal and really helped us get up and running fast!

We started out of curiosity. It was a great experience right from the start. We didn't need to involve developers or administrators of our webpage. It worked right away.

Pros

It was easy to integrate into our webpage. So, we can support our front desk employee and also give 24/7 replies to frequently asked questions.

Cons

Some of the new and cool features are not available on the smallest contract.
