Excellent. There are so many great things to say and I did not even mention how great there support staff are!

Pros

Ease of use, Excellent Contact Relationship Management, Ease of Assigning Work, Ease of Invoicing/Billing

Cons

Ease of Reporting and Searching for Work Orders. There is not away for creating custom queries to be written if you are a SQL user. We cannot search by Work Order numbers and in some cases we have a list of particular ones. It would help if we could just type in the Work Order numbers.

eWorkOrders showed the most promises to deliver on what we needed and required especially around APi integration and handling Canadian Taxes.

Almost no support of the Hindsite version. For several years, there was no communication or notification on if a work order was assigned, on-hold, cancelled, or completed. Attaching a picture to the work order was almost never used because it was to complicated. It was on-premise and no mobile functionality. And most importantly, Hindsite ability to turn work orders to invoices/bills was cumbersome. We had to manually deal with the Canadian Taxes and Material Markup. For AutoEntry, it was used to support the upload of completed work orders from Hindsite to Sage. Sage would then generate invoices. However, AutoEntry was limited and took 2 to 4 hours to process 50 to 100 work orders. It converted the Hindsite work order into a format for Sage and often it would leave out work order details which then had to be manually entered. Then after Sage created and emailed invoices, the invoices had to be manually stamped. All this went away with eWorkOrders.

It's like hitting 5 out of 6 numbers on the lottery.

Pros

Ease of use + great customer care. I always feel, probably from dealing with other Help Desks in my life, like I'm going to get the wrong person to be able to help with my issue. Like, "oh, you need to hang up, redial, and press the #2 option; we don't solve those problems here; bye" But that's never been the case when I call or email. I can probably count on 1 hand how many times I've needed to interface with \[sensitive content hidden\] and/or anyone else in the 4ish years we've been using the eWorks platform; and the customer care has been tremendous. Furthermore, I've never had to hang up and redial hitting #2; \[sensitive content hidden\] know's exactly what I'm talking about each time, and is well versed in solving the issue I'm having on my end.

Cons

The only con I have is you changed the flag colors. They're kinda faint now, and I totally despise it. Oh, I'd also like to see a Green. Its super petty, and overly artistic....believe me, I know; but I'm just being honest.

### "A Top Flight Product That Fits Any Budget"

I conducted extensive research of web-based Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) looking for the best product available for an entity with a limited maintenance budget. eWorkOrders won hands down! The support staff is one of the best I ever encountered! An example is when I have asked for additional reports to be designed for my use, they first researched their extensive report library and sent me an existing report or modified an existing report to fit my needs. They did this without a charge, when they could easily have just created a new report and sent me an invoice for payment. You will have to spend many thousands of dollars to get a product with more bells and whistles than eWorkOrders. I highly recommend this product and the people behind it!

Pros

eWorkOrders is easy to use. The advantage of the product being web-based, over a stand-alone product installed on the users server or desktop computer, cannot be overstated. The ability to receive instant feedback from customers when a work order is closed out has allowed me to quantify and measure the new emphasis we have placed on an increase in quality customer service. I have many lessees in city-owned buildings that never before had access to the city Intranet based work request system and were forced to place a work request through e-mail, the telephone or a verbal request to a passing maintenance worker. With eWorkOrders, all my customers now can enter work requests that I am able to respond to immediately, receive feedback, measure and develop reports from a single database.

Cons

As with any system, eWorkOrders works best with internal admin support. However, we have been able to utilize it well with intensive training of the maintenence staff; with all entries being made by the maintenance workers themselves.

Pros

CMMS is very easy to use and CMMS is very reliable. CMMS is easy excess with any network connection.

Cons

CMMS sometimes take time to upload with network. Sometime not uploading files and photos with network issues.

The team at eWorkOrders has been extremely helpful and responsive throughout our set up process as well as whenever questions arise. Their data migration templates have made the process of uploading our varied equipment information very easy.

Pros

Our property has a lot of equipment and systems of varying ages. The program enables us to track and monitor the ages, repairs, warranties, and routine service of the units. This has helped us stay ahead of potential problems and reduce downtime and higher replacement costs.

Cons

Nothing so far. The program is easy to use and we are happy with the software. We really have no complaints

My overall experience has been great. From the time of first contact to the full implementation, the training and customer service support has been top-notch. I have to give a shoutout to \[sensitive content hidden\], they have been great throughout the process.

Pros

We reviewed several options before finally landing on eWorkOrders. What attracted me the most was how easy it is to use and find the information you seek. Another win for us was the offering of a mass download of information. This cut the implementation time in half.

Cons

No Cons. We have been using the system for 2 years, and honestly, I have no complaints.

I called in before working hours, and did not leave a voicemail. I was contacted immediately when they arrived at work. They worked clearly and quickly to resolve several user parameters, that I was unfamiliar with. Friendly and courteous.

My experience has been fantastic. As mentioned, we were up and running on the first day. EWorkorders Staff has been great, especially \[sensitive content hidden\].

Pros

EWorkorders has been very easy to use, and we got started issuing work orders and collecting data immediately. The information contained has been invaluable, the mapping function is fantastic, and the many options to generate reports is commendable. I've worked extensively with \[sensitive content hidden\], who has been an enormous help. He is clear and concise with his instruction, hasn't made any mistakes, exports my data within minutes no matter the number of assets, and he is very patient as we continue to learn. \[sensitive content hidden\] has made EWorkorders completely worth it.

Cons

The only thing I wish I could change is the process of making PM's. Each asset must be entered into the PM, which takes a while to complete. It would be great to have a mass add function, and mass schedule add function.

eWorkorders will always be my go to cmms platform for my current and future positions as a facility manager. Once all the initial data is entered it is very easy to get started and use. You can use all the bells and whistles or just the basics. Its a great "do it yourself" software that is cost effective with little or no initial set up support needed. Customer service and support is great if needed.

Pros

By far the best value for your money. I have used it for both large and small facilities and its a great fit for both.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind about what I like the least. The learning process on start up takes a little bit but eWorkorders customer service is always there to assist quickly.

From purchase to implementation, we got this product up and completely running within weeks. It has become the main form of communication between all our sites and their supporting departments. The site's issues are no longer forgotten because they stay "open" until resolved in eWorkOrders and there is less confusion between technicians as to whether an issue has been resolved by someone else. The system has been up and running hands free for over 2 years now...

Pros

We are a small, but diverse company of retail, restaurant, home heating, and petroleum based fuel deliveries. With very little help, we were able to get this product up and running the way we needed it to. We also were able to input accounting data into our billing system to bill out external customers we provide service to. All of this was done internally with a few tips from eWorkOrders support team.

Cons

There could be a little more enhancements to the line of communications when work order comments are updated.

Program allows us to have all of our assets/PMs/WO's in one central location. Training videos helpful, great customer service. Use eWorks daily and whole department has found it to be very user friendly.

Pros

Allows for multiple people to view work order, update changes by the technican, updates to be captured. Assets easy to set up, PM's easy to set up, released based on set up. Really helps us run our department smoothly. Customer Service \[sensitive content hidden\] is excellent, knowledgeable and always answers the phone as a live person (and replies to emails quickly).

Cons

Nothing. eWorks helps keep us organized / all information in one place.

Overall my experience with eWorkOrders has been good because of the service that is provided. To him there is no dumb question and he communicates very clearly, even if I am unsure or don't understand. GREAT SERVICE!

How you can keep track of assets and their maintenance.

Cons

There are too many tabs here and there and in the beginning it was rough to figure out what tabs got you where you needed to go. Finding reports and doing them was a little tough as well.

General ease of us whether it is general work orders , PM management asset management or work order tracking. WE LOVE THE ENTIRE SYSTEM. We have been using this product for 14 years. It is miles ahead of any other CMMS software I have used previously or have been exposed to on other sites.

I really don't have any dislikes with e work orders. If you encounter a problem or have a feature you would like to add the e work orders tech support is OUTSTANDING.

I helped implement and currently help administer eWorkOrders at a company with three sites with no previous CMMS. The implementation, training, Go Live and ongoing support has been excellent. I have helped companies implemented several CMMS systems over the past five years and eWorkOrders has been the best at implementation and support.

Easy to import / upload information Cloud based solution - can access eWorkOrders anywhere Work Request portal - anyone can enter a work request On Line training modules Checklist capability - great for tracking inspections Query and Reporting options Tech support responsiveness

Cons

The initial PM set up was a bit confusing in terms of assigning the assets to the PM. The on line training video was improved to help make this easier to understand

We have been able to get a master list on our asset including vin numbers , registration dates , and employee using them . Also , we are have the ability to keep records of our PM's in a more efficient manner while giving technicians more accountability . Keeping track of our expenses by assets and programs has been one of the main issues we have solve, the reports are clear and give upper management an easy glare at everything that is happening on the maintenance department.

Pros

Integration process was easy and straight forward , program is easy to use and learn, the program has multiple reports which gives you the ability to look at your expenses from different angles.

Cons

I believe the creation of new parts on the inventory could get easier but so far I got no problem with it.

As the Facilities Systems Manager for the US Senate Sergeant at Arms, we found eWorkOrders very user-friendly and comprehensive enough to meet our needs. With our very high security standards, we were very impressed with the preventive measures that the eWorkOrders team has in place to protect our data and our CMMS related processes. Working with the eWorkOrders team has been a great experience. The team always picks up the phone and accommodates our requests, no matter how crazy the request may be.

Pros

I liked that I didn't need to be a computer programmer to use eWorkOrders.

Cons

I don't have any cons with regard to eWorkOrders to pass along.

Easy way to provide feedback

Pros

It's got all the features of the expensive CMMS I've used and is affordable and user friendly. Most of companies I work in have absolutely nothing and that's why I get called. I go in and install a Maintenance Process. The most important step in my process is implementing a used friendly CMMS. Most companies don't have a "computer person" within the Maintenance Department so I pick a Trades person who has some knowledge and train them. I've also hired temporary help to hire people to come in and set it up. It's worked very well for me and the companies. A lot of companies have a CMMS they don't use. Old software that died on the vine because of cost, people transitioned out or it was just a show to pass an audit their required to show evidence they have their arm's around reliability. I use it to capture what's going on with their equipment and apply Continuous Improvement to identify the repeat breakdowns and eliminate them one by one. Ease of use and history information are the main reasons I recommend eworkorders.

Pros

Cloud-based application, run in every device, easy and flexible reporting structure. Possibilities to save documentation (procedures, manuals) in the cloud and expansion to other tasks other than maintenance, ex: sanitation.

Cons

Some of the reports I could not export in pdf I have to save as pdf. Not a big deal
