"Top-quality CRM with excellent features, just make sure everyone is on board"

Overall: Overall, HubSpot has been an INCREDIBLY positive experience for us. I won't lie and say there haven't been frustrations, but there are always going to be frustrations with switching software or implementing new processes. Ultimately, HubSpot has helped us bring our processes forward in a wonderful way, and their support is truly, truly superior to any other product support I have ever received.

Pros: To HubSpot's credit, their CRM functions really quickly and its basic features have a very short learning curve -- we onboarded our sales teams in multiple parts, with inside first followed several months later by outside reps. The main CRM we used before HubSpot was Microsoft Dynamics, and we are still significantly based there, but I attribute the positive reception of a new (and dramatic) software shift to HubSpot's ease of use and quick accessibility of prospect information.

Cons: We've run into a similar problem several times due to our industry being so niche (and therefore, the information we collect tends to be highly customized). We have needed to organize and implement quite a few custom fields, which GENERALLY HubSpot's CRM is very good about -- however, there are some significantly important fields that cannot be changed at all, even by HubSpot. We also have had some issues with company associations -- if your prospects work in an industry in which one company can have multiple locations (and the distinction matters), HubSpot's CRM does not lend itself well to that at all.

Pros

Nice brand, nice platform and good capabilities in the basic version of the software.

Functionality is awesome and the opportunities are seriously endless for what you can do.

This is what I like about HubSpot. Once you become more of an enterprise level though, solutions like Salesforce is probably the better choice.

There is a lot you can learn from HubSpot and a great CRM for the companies that need a great work flow. Absolutely recommend this.

Cons

Now I am stuck with some defined items that are inaccessible.

Workflows can be confusing and hard to understand at times.

I hate that the utm parameters are getting stripped from pageviews. It makes everything so much more difficult.

Sometimes you get an error or saying the email, or DB is down. Not sure what causes that but when you're in the middle of working and updating it's very annoying.

I realized that Lime CRM is the best way for me to keep track of all customers, when to follow up on certain matters, and knowing what actions been made to close a deal.

We had fairly good order in our old system, but now it's great and getting better.

It is a great tool for aggregation all fan activites and touchpoints as well as making the marketing departements more professional.

Cons

Reporting tools and there's no integration between lead generators.

There could be more manuals/instructions - we find the statistics module a bit difficult and therefor are we not getting everything possible out of the application.

Im missing some of the features that are available on the desktop version (pc) that doesn't appear in the web based application.

It is 2021 and still keep it as a desktop application feels a bit obsolete. It should be in the cloud.

"The Best CRM In The Game"

Overall: Pipedrive is by far my favorite CRM after extensively reviewing over a dozen of them. I recommend it to all of my clients because of how versatile it is with third party integrations. I also recommend it to any beginners since you do have the option of getting WAY more features than anyone else offers at the top-tier package; all while being one of the least expensive.

Pros: I like the simplistic UI, the customizability, and the fact that Pipedrive has the widest range of integrations in it's class. I would go as far as to call it MODULAR, meaning you can add pretty much any feature you'd like via 3rd party integrations. With this is mind, you'll never be limited to some of the things Pipedrive doesn't do as well. Alternatively, if you're looking for everything under one roof, Pipedrive does this better as a whole than any of the competition.

Cons: I'm not a huge fan of how some of the very simple features are blocked off from the lowest price plan. Since I prefer the 'modular' setup, this is the only plan that makes sense to me, but I do miss some of the features like important fields that display certain fields first based on where the deal or person / organization is in the pipeline. I used to run the top tier package from Pipedrive, and I wasn't really impressed with the automation features. They're a bit limited and the triggers don't always work.

Pipedrive is an easy to implement CRM software tool that helps you focus on the activities that drive deals to close. $12.50 month/user

Pros

This is super helpful when looking for clients to follow up with in a single glance.

I highly recommend the Pipe drive to anyone who wants to automate bureaucratic steps in the sales process and effectively improve results and relationships with their customers.

Helps encourage deal movement forward. I like the way you can easily customize pipelines for various sales campaigns, and the new caller app is very useful.

I liked the way it pulled in my email and calendar and it was easy to set up reminders to follow up with prospects. The software is good - I would recommend it.

Cons

The only thing that is kinda confusing especially to non-technical person is on integrating with third-party tools. Most of it needs to be connected with Zapier which is again another subscription.

Difficult to understand when using for the first time. Repetitive data entry can get boring.

The inability to move among contacts in the same list without returning to the main list page is a waste of time. The online app is basically useless.

Functionality was terrible, I don't know if we misunderstood and they aren't actually a CRM system but what the product offered cannot be called a CRM.

"Easy to use and fully customisable"

Overall: Onpipeline has helped my company to keep our sales' flow updated without any excel files or research on the email inbox. The software has also strengthen the overall team work, by creating a clear and unfailing communication between sales people.

Pros: I used Sales Force in the past and I found it very complex to customise and to use, the technical team wasn't able to adapt it to our sales 'team and eventually we had to give up on it. When I discovered Onpipeline I first thought that the price was very convenient, and then I figured that I didn't need any technical team to customise it and adapt it to my business needs. At the moment on our account there are 3 different teams, each with their own features. The sync with the email and calendar provider is perfectly functional, it's mobile responsive and thus I highly recommend it to enhance your business if you have more than 3 or 4 salespersons.

Cons: I honestly don't see any negative things about this software so far.

The software offers a lot of ability to work with other software and provides a comprehensive solution to managing resources in a design office.

We have been pleased with the front-to-back automation that is now seamlessly running critical portions of our business.

"Very pleased"

Overall: We have been able to bring our KPI of open topics from 30% down below 15% in less than one year after launching RoofTop in our After Sales Service department. I get contentious remarks from team members of the ease of use and remarks of 'how did we work before?'

Pros: Improved proactive follow-up & productivity. More detailed analysis on closure delay of tasks & other details.

Cons: Speed of the internal search engine needs improvement. Mobile app functions can be improved with push notifications to function more like a mailbox for persons on the move. It would be nice to have a more After Sales Service approach with functions like machine ID tags & checklists for team members.

Overall: Overall, working with Bitrix24 as my main project management software has really improving my team effectiveness in developing a product and increase our time spend on organizing project that has short due-date.

Pros: I really like with the workload planning that Bitrix24 has offered, as it really helpful in distributing workload for each team members. It is a very important to do this step, so we can track our task precisely and preventing us from skipping task on project. The project template is easily customizable to cater for the project needs.

Cons: The developer should really taking consideration user experience and opinion on the software tools placement. Some of the tools is hidden on unexpected location inside on other tools and make the navigation process is quite frustrating. Storing and uploading a large size files is keep get interrupted and very frustrating experience with it.

I really like with the workload planning that Bitrix24 has offered, as it really helpful in distributing workload for each team members.

Bitrix24 is an outstanding CRM meant for social collaboration and for managing interactions with clients and team members.

The sales processes were automated, and I have greater control over my company and my employees and thus extract better performance from my team.

We choose Bitrix for our compnay's CRM solution but I found that there are many more features which are useful for us. I love how we can manage leads from different sources on same platform.

Cons

Some of the tools is hidden on unexpected location inside on other tools and make the navigation process is quite frustrating.

So after lead validation, the mail is sent after that follow-up begins then its success or failure. Everyday sales team have to work on this process but sad to say No reporting structure at all.

The CRM system is so full of bugs and nasty little details they havent even thought about. Their webmail is the worst ever thing I have seen.

It is awful and the service is worse than the software. It was nothing like what was presented to me.

Overall: Scoro has helped our business enormously, we track KPI's and have excellent reporting.

Pros: It is a great project management software.

Cons: Marketing and CRM are very poor, suggest a bolt on to Zoho CRM Plus

A great software for any creative media company.

Overall experience is very good. I would definitely recommend Scoro to friends and other companies.

Good for tracking projects into quotes and orders. Companies and person allocations also easy and good.

I liked that it's an all in one solution. The product is very good and adaptable to any business.

Cons

The custom PDF template module for Quotes, Purchase Orders and Invoices is quite limited.

Sometimes it is very hard to understand, especially for beginners.

Also - we don't tend to email through the scoro email because it kept getting lost in clients 'junk' mail, so it made us look un-credible.

Unable to modify some parameters and leave it as default.

Overall: After trialing a large number of low-code software, this option was a clear winner due to the customizability of apps and compatibility with wordpress.

Pros: Fully featured software. Rock-solid infrastructure. There is few things that we have found can't be done with capsio. Any additional features can be custom developed. Unlimited users, unlimited tables. Dataviews can be purchased cheaply. Specialists also provide very helpful 24/7 live chat support.

Cons: Storing 10,000+ of photos inside the apps can become a bit expensive.

The overall experience was good. Allison Seaver was a joy to work with.

Cons

The typical criticism of a technology company would be their inadequate customer service.

Some features are on costly tier. Confusing subscription model.

There is a bit of a learning curve if you are unfamiliar with database software. In the beginning I had trouble integrating it into my WordPress website and making it mobile compatible.

I don't like a the option I have with caspio but I've used worst before.
