I contacted TBH Creative in late October 2020 to inquire about having an ecommerce website designed for my new business. After the initial meeting, and after noticing the favorable reviews TBH has received, I felt confident to move forward with the project. From the start, Tatum and her team proved to be extremely knowledgeable of web design, and very effective at delivering coherent "user friendly" communications. Tatum personally reviews all work done by her team, and in one instance when she noticed an assignment could be provided at a higher standard than what was presented to her, she informed me of the issue, and was apologetic for the slight timing delay. Tatum then applied extra effort in response. At the end of the project, I tested the website and suggested a few adjustments; Tatum's team made the adjustments within a quick turnaround time. As part of the close of the project, a member of Tatum's team provided me with an hour long training session which was very informative, and Tatum shared with me several SEO and marketing tips. Even with the slight unanticipated delay, and Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year's holidays, the project was completed to my satisfaction in approximately 3 months(the initial anticipated timeline). I plan to utilize the talents of Tatum and her team for future add-ons/upgrades. March 1, 2021

Pros:

  • Their approach to understanding what we were looking for, the process they took us through for the project, and end result - a truly world-class website!

  • Attentive, able to deliver under an aggressive timeline, and efficient communicators.

Cons:

  • I can't think of one con in working with TBH...

  • The only con that comes to mind were a couple of miscommunications in expectations, which is standard for a project of this magnitude. Overall, we are very pleased with the website.

Overall Experience: In my tenure with my company, we have worked with over 6 agencies to build websites for our internal customers - each time the project ended with a website that might have looked good but was a nightmare to maintain. Our customer and business leaders had high expectations for TBH and they hit it out of the park. TBH took the time really our customer's business and goals and considered on how we like for our WordPress sites to be structured from a content management perspective. I would consider this project a huge success and look forward to working with TBH in the future.

Overall Experience: TBH Creative helped the Indiana Biosciences Research Institute (IBRI) set up its website, take its annual report online and establish an online system for giving. Along the way TBH also provided marketing strategy and support. Through it all the responsiveness from the team has been outstanding. The knowledge they share is fantastic. And, they are strategic in their counsel - not just telling us what we want to hear, but what we really need to do. Personally, as I was starting in my role as director of communications, Tatum, Kennedy and Sarah were right there for me - providing training to update the website, answering questions and just generally being supportive! They are a trusted partner that we would highly recommend working with to anyone looking for a full-service website agency.

Overall Experience: Tatum and her Team have been an invaluable resource. We needed to relaunch our Web site on a new platform fully integrated with our CRM. Unfortunately, we had to do that without slowing down our operational tempo.
