  • Very quick response to my inquiry and great follow up.

  • The PTG team was readily accessible and responsive to user needs and technical support. Craig leads the effort in being proactive in assessing client system risk, advising client of those risks and identifying/recommending cost effective solutions to mitigate those risks.

Cons:

  • No cons come to mind. Highly recommend.

  • Somewhat the result of covid, but more due to the nature of the industry, remote IT support can have its challenges. PTG has a good online tech service system and utilizes a secure remote access system. While that works well, having a local tech support for in person engagement can be helpful. Post Covid, PTG engaged local techs to address this need
